Louis Imperial Beach 

I returned from here 2 days ago! spent a week here with my partner and 6 year old daughter! and my partners parents! what an Amazing time we had! the staff cannot do enough for you! the hotel has been refurbished to a high standard! Rooms are lovely and spotless, the whole hotel was immaculate! The FOOD! Wow! when you go away you usually go out a night or two and eat away from the all inclusive (well we usually do) not here, we did not eat out once because the food is so good here! its Fresh and lots of options! The Chefs really do put every bit of effort into the food and the presentation! The Entertainment staff are all lovely and come by the pool and entertain the children playing all kinds of games! The sun loungers are really comfy, thick waterproof cushions on! you get towels left in your room every day for the loungers! saves bringing your own! the staff come to your room in the morning and of an evening and do a clear out of used towels and replace them, also leaving chocolates and a big bottle of water! when you arrive you get a mini fridge with some beers, water and cans of coke/sprite , all complimentary! if you fly in late then they leave wraps in your room and fruit, (complimentary) The restraint staff who were great with us and Yousif And David who would serve you drinks by the pool/Beach all day! a special Mention to Yousiff who was the life and soul of the hotel! you would see him by the pool serving drinks from 10am and still working through to 12 at night doing night time shifts and entertainment , the nicest man we have met and we will for sure, be returning to this hotel in the future!!
