We have literally just come back from Lefki Tourist Apartments.

The place was really well located. It's about a five minute walk to the nearest shops and bars and I'd say a good Ten to fifteen minute walk from the big bars and clubs but to be honest I prefer to be set back to keep away from the rowdiness!!

Check in was a breeze. We got there at 00:30 no one was at reception but if you called the main desk or just went to Apartment 103 the owner is there. We got our keys and was left to it. 

Only bug bare was that the gas didn't work properly but we ate out and only used the fridge to store snacks and drinks. 

Air con, we would have liked it but if you opened the window in the bedroom and the windows on the stairwell, as they are opposite ends of the mainsonet it creates a nice breeze and cools it down. 

Pool was great! Clean all the time. 

Top tip! Airport transfers/taxis are a rip off. Google the 612 bus from the bus station in kato. It's about a 15 min walk but only cost €1.50 per person! 


Good Value Budget Apartment

I'm not sure what people expect to receive when paying £30 per night for two people. I for one was very impressed, yes the rooms are basic and old fashioned, but everywhere is clean. The pool was very clean, comfy beds at the pool. The surrounding area is pretty derelict therefore its not very pretty scenery. It is close enough to all local amenities, restaurants and bars. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. All in all I would definitely return. 

Good budget hotel

These studios and apartments are very basic but get what you pay for. We had a few problems during our stay but only very minor which were immediately sorted out by the owners, who I must say are very friendly and helpful at all times of day. The pool area is nice. The location is perfect, not far from Kato Paphos's main attractions, only a short walk home from the bars! Would recommend to those on a budget, just don't expect fancy decor and frills!

Get what you pay for!

Absolutely not even a 1 star. Bed are stone hard and the sofa-bed at 1st floor can't believe its a 'bed' terrible.. The hole complex is tired..
Air-conditioned room is only 2nd floor room, old and not good effect, and 8€ a day is vey too much. 1ST floor is only a cheap fan and you have too rent it fore 3€ a day.. Absolutely now effect. 
Water pressure is a joke. Cleaning was bob bob. Very noisy street in the end off the building.
We booked a week there but we complain after one day and find a new place.
The old lady was nice instil we returned the key. Call police and everything.
We did expect more fore 300€ a week. Plus air-conditioning...
Sorry but can not recommend this place at all.

Very low and tired old standard

Located on the edge of Kato Paphos, a good walk to the centre,but accessible.
Unfortunately some of the neighbouring buildings are derelict, and pretty unattractive, 
Adjacent a main road with some traffic noise,and building works.Pool clean and inviting,showers by pool adequate, but a little tatty round the edges no bar,and a reception area that was never open,owner seemed very negative and grumpy
Allocated an apartment on top floor,up a spiral staircase not the easiest to negotiate, carrying cases,or after good night out...spacious and functional, main room, small balcony,overlooking main road and building site..kitchen facilities fine for snacks and breakfasts etc,who's gonna want to cook a Sunday roast...bathroom, grubby, tiny,awkward. Need ripping out and refitting...with a rethink and revamp this place could be excellent,, but as it stands all I can say is adequate
