Located close to the bus station and the central area of Polis, Kozis Hotel Apartment is suitable for both those who need a hotel or a B&B and travellers who want to stay longer and cook their meals. The rooms have no frills but are comfortable, clean, with good storage capacity and all the essentials to prepare your meals, if one wants to do so (aside from the fridge, I did not use any other kitchen appliances). The Wi-Fi worked well during my stay. The owners are very friendly, speak well English and if requested do their best to give their guests advice and support. Prices are affordable (I stayed over there in the 2nd half of September, that is the beginning of the shoulder season - there were still a lot of tourists around). If I ever decide to come back to Polis and visit again Akamas I shall try to stay in that accommodation again.

Convenient and affordable accommodation with friendly owners

Beautiful place with friendly people!! The apartments are extra clean and have everything a family needs for a great escape. It is located very near Polis center and 5 mins from the Latchi beach. Price is very competitive!! Suggested by all means !!

Great value for money stay

We stayed at Kozi Apartments for four nights. The welcome was warm and genuine and the apartment was larger than we expected. Mrs Katina helped us with booking a boat cruise from Latchi and provided us with local information. A great base for exploring the beautiful Akamas Point. 
The pool was perfect for early morning swims or late night cool downs. If ever we return to Cyprus we would definitely go back .

Wonderful Welcome

After reading the glowing reviews on TripAdvisor (and elsewhere) we booked for one night. The welcome was friendly and we didn't at all mind being asked "would you like to pay now"? We stated that we'd be happy to and asked if card or cash would be preferred. Mrs Katina suggested cash and we handed over €50 (our studio was €40.50). No change was given, nor a receipt. In due course we were advised that "for the money, you can have a small breakfast...halloumi, boiled egg, coffee". After consideration we politely declined this. We explained that we normally don't have much for breakfast. The next morning just before checking out I asked if we might have our receipt and the change - Mr Pambos handed me a receipt showing that the payment had been taken 3 days previously, using the debit card I'd given the details for on booking!! I was shocked and asked how come the cash was asked for and then accepted on our arrival. There was no hesitation in returning the €50 note and both proprietors apologised for the "mistake" but, in my opinion, this should NOT have happened. We've never experienced this sort of thing before and it's certainly not typical in Cyprus. Very sad! My service marking and overall rating (these would have been higher) reflect our dissatisfaction. 
On the plus side, the studio was clean, the bed was large with a comfortable mattress and the sheets and towels were good. The building is in need of renovation (rising damp on the walls) - attempts were being made to rectify this when we stayed. Luckily we both woke early, so the building work noise didn't bother us. Our room (118) had nowhere to sit outside unless you can call the few tiles (some broken) by the car drive adequate. 
We will not be staying here in the future, in the main because of the payment issue.

VERY unhappy with the payment "mistake"!

A homy place for our hiking group. We stayed at Kozis for a long weekend with a group of 20 people, end of October 2018. The whole experience was above our expectations! The hospitality of Mrs Katina & Mr Pambos made us feel @ home. The breakfast served with natural/authentic products was a real value for money and gave us the energy needed for our hikes! Big rooms, new beds, spotless clean, equipped with kitchen. Just stay there to feel like@home! Thank you Mrs Katina & Mr Pambos . See you in February!

Like @ home

We stayed here in early November and were among a handful of guests. The apartments turned out to be pretty large and quiet with good beds and fully equipped kitchens at a very reasonable price. 
We particularly enjoyed the great hospitality of the owner (thanks a lot again from Germany!) and the enormous breakfast buffet. 
Couldn’t have been any better!

Hospitality at its best

It’s a real value for money. The hospitality of Cypriot owners and the breakfast served with such love and care is a must visit. Huge rooms and spotless clean. They greed you and the show genuine care at anything you ask for.

Stayed at Kozi Apartment's for 2 night we were treated as part of the Family.
We had a Studio it was very clean and had every thing in that we wanted.
We can not thank Katina and Pambos enough for our stay.

Fantastic

What a great place.  We stayed here for a few nights and the welcome and service were second to none.  Great choice of breakfast available (can recommend the full English and omelettes were best we’d ever tasted - secret recipe from South Africa).  We will definitely be back and location for Polis and Latchi is great.  Thanks for a wonderful time.

Gem of a find.

Felt at home. The hosts are wonderful and so hospitable they want to ensure that you will have a great holiday
Perfectly located in Polis within walking distance of restaurants, activities and supermarkets so everything is within reach.
We planned to be at the beach but ended up staying most of the time by the pool. The kids enjoyed their stay so much they did not want to leave! Ka Katina's rice putting is top makrs, my son propably had an entire cooking pot!
