We stayed here 8 days of our 23 day CZ trip with my mom and 91 year old grandmother. Our room was very roomy and the spacious bathroom/shower was awesome. We enjoyed dining in the restaurant downstairs for the included breakfast and we often ate dinner there as well. Kristina at the front desk was very helpful with providing information for the local festival that took place while we were there. We were hoping we could find a laundry facility near, however there wasn’t one. The maids however were so nice and they washed our clothes for us free of charge 2x during our stay. They even brought a drying rack for us to use. Bucovice itself is very charming and full of history. Will definitely be staying here for future trips.

Affordable and comfortable!

I've been to the Arkada Hotel for the seventh time, and I'm sorry to say that it's gone down a bit. + the rooms are clean, the food is very good, the price/performance ratio is right. The reception is occupied all night long. fast free WiFi - the menu at the restaurant has been getting smaller from year to year.

It used to be very good. Unfortunately, today it's a bit down.

We had selected our stay in this Moravian town as we wanted to be away from the hustle and bustle of the bigger cities (which we will be doing ultimately) and at the same time be connected to the rest of the world . Hotel Arkada was an excellent choice because of not only the location but the staff is very helpful and cooperative. An assortment of choices were laid out for the breakfast and a very hip Disco/Pub is just a few steps away. So we had the best of both the worlds ❤️. Highly recommended as it is a focal point for many touristy destinations in that region.

Centrally located and superb service

I frequently stay at the hotel. Food is gorgeous, service is very good.
The rooms are very nice. Ask for the carpaccio which is outstanding. The Indian food is also very good. when staying in the area it is the best choice.

Great Food, nice rooms, nice people

They have very nice prices, very cheap in comparison to other hotels and places to sleep around. Rooms and hotel's premises are nice, staff speaks English, safe place. I enjoyed the hotel and the meals too. Thought it will be a boring place but spent great time. I do recommend and would come back.
