Wonderful. A house in the center of town but at the same time quiet.
Comfortable beds and mattresses in perfect condition; Practical bathroom without any problem with hot water or shower pressure (something essential for me). Minibar with cold beer at all times and facilities for making tea or coffee. A shared balcony where you can see sunrise in the wonderful village of Cesky Krumlov. Clean bedroom...In short, a house with all the advantages but none of the disadvantages of a hotel.
And if all this is well, the best thing is the treatment of the hostess, an educated and kind woman who will do everything possible to make you feel at home; but above all, an excellent cook. You will be a lucky person if during your stay she prepares her unique applestrudel.
pd: if you travel by car, you can park at the door to leave your bags and then go to any of the city car parks; but this is not necessary, we left our car on P3 and spent five minutes with our cabin bags to the Wok Guesthouse.

Como en casa

The hotel is very clean. We had room #2 , second floor with balcony next to the river with beautiful views. Big room with a Day bed. Room is Very quiet . Check in was easy. They only take cash. Only one room is downstairs, others all require carrying the luggage upstairs, no elevator. There are about 20 meter walking through the cabbie stone street to the hotel due to the restrictions of city. The taxi can’t stop next to the hotel.

Excellent location 

Wow, this place is fantastic.  It has a perfect view on the river, it is as neat as a pin and is just decorated so nicely. And tell me, how many places have you stayed that leave you fresh apple strudel in your room..  what a find.

Love this little gem

Lovely view, great location, very clean, romantic rooms, comfortable beds, superb breakfast (athough with extra charge). Nespresso machine in the room, Balcony overlooking the river is nice place to have a drink before going to sleep. Minibar drinks at decent price, bottled wines available in the hallway at fair price too.

Česky Krumlov is so overcrowded and thanks to all the crazy shops and restaraurants on every corner looks more like "Disney theme park", but if you take a walk in the late night (preferably after rain), you can enjoy the original atmosphere of this lovely city.

Neat place

I stayed in the bottom floor economical room for 2 nights and had no problem with no view, as I was out of the pension until it was dark. Perfect location, a few min walk from main square. The caretaker is not there all the time so make sure to arrange check in time. The room was so clean, modern, and cute. The walls are thick so you don't really hear people in the other 2 rooms above you. The wifi was pretty good. Would certainly recommend.

Perfect 

We chose Pension Wok after reading all the amazing reviews here on Tripadvisor. But we were left a little dissapointed when what we got wasn't what we saw online. 

I'm not sure if it was an error with the booking on our end, or that that was the last room available when we booked because the place was booked out when we arrived. But we got room no 1 on the ground floor. If suggest avoiding this room to get the real Pension Wok experience. 

The whole problem was that the room was really small, hardly any place for our bags, let alone to walk around. But it sure was clean and comfortable which was all we needed for a one nights stay. What attracted us to Pension Wok was those windows and the balcony to people watch and take in the serenity. But what we got was so disappointing. The only windows in our room faced exactly where people were walking and leaving it open had people staring in at us in our rooms and listening to our conversations. It was upsetting but we didn't want it to ruin our holiday so we spent most of our one night's stay there outside, exploring beautiful little Cesky Krumlov. 

Do note that reception closes at 5pm, and there won't be anyone there to check you in after that. There was a Korean couple who arrived at around 10pm and spoke hardly any English and we couldn't help them either because we didn't know how to contact the owner after hours. 

If you're looking for a good clean place to stay in the middle of all the action in Cesky Krumlov then this is certainly one of it!
