After a night in Cesky Krumlov, I think I lost my credit card!!!
I retraced all the steps from penzion to restaurant where credit card was last use, but couldn’t found anything.

I can’t speak Czech, so my last resort was to message our host, Josef. I ask him to help call restaurant to check for the card, but my card wasn’t there. However, Josef took a step further calling the police and somehow found that my credit card was at the police station. Someone found it and reported lost card to the police. 

To be honest, I’d gave up home since Josef told me that the restaurant couldn’t!  find it.

Super thank to Josef & Cesky Krumlov people.

Perfect host!!

Me and my partner decided to go to Krumlov for a short day trip. 
We booked the accommodation very spontaneously so we were prepared to have a disappointment for the room cpild be like many other touristic spot (for example Prague). 

But things came out just so surpringly wonderfu. Josef is a friendly, welcoming and sharing host. He had prepared us a warm room while we arrived. The property has no fancy kitchen or breakfast options. But with a warm and comfy room with some tea/coffee for free to use. The location is easy to find, only few meters to the square.
The only problem may just because the old house comes with bad soundproofing. Other than that it was a lovely stay over all. 

It's nice value and will best suit travellers who like to stay closer to local.

Wonderful experience

We recently stayed here for one night during our visit to Cesky Krumlov. The place is situated on a lovely narrow cobbled street and is a traditional looking building typical of those found in the town. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough for us ! It is situated about a minutes walk from the main square and close by to many restaurants and bars. The place itself is very rustic and quaint. We loved the decor and the traditional decor and liked the original features they had kept. We were informed that the building dated back more than a few hundred years ! The rooms were comfortable and clean and included all the things we wanted. If your looking for 5 star accommodation then look elsewhere however this place offers a traditional and rustic stay in the town of Cesky Krumlov. Would not hesitate in staying again 

Wonderful traditional stay 

The quaint bedroom is lovely and thoughtfully setup with a chair and reading light at a corner with blankets. A drink and cookies are always reachable in the living area. The host is warm and friendly


Loved the bedroom and warm host

Our family were very happy with our stay at Penzion U Namesti. Josef and his wife, the owners, were so very kind and helpful. Very elegant and rustic interior decoration! Got some inspiration myself on how to decorate at home. We stopped by in Cesky Krumlov on our way drom the Alps to northern Europe and we have to recommend this beautiful medieval town.

Very nice and cosy

由於我的旅程需要，必須要晚上才到達，所以我提前通知職員我的到達時間。但職員卻遲了一小時，害我們苦等了一個時間。另外由於職員不熟悉英語，自己弄錯時間，但卻要求收取200KC 的額外手續費。
客房設施不足，電視壞掉，上網速度極低，只能在樓梯收到信號，房間完全沒上網。

Due to my schedule, I need to arrive the hostel at night, I have sent E-mail to inform the hostel and confirm the arrival time. However, the receptionist have came late and caused me waiting outside the front door for an hour. Also, they have mix up with the wrong booking, but request for 200kc additional service fee.

The facilities of the room are not enough. The television are not working, the speed of internet are totally unacceptable, the room cannot received the signal.

Very disappointed about the service and hostel

My girlfriend and I were very pleased with this pension. The rooms were spacious, the owners were friendly and accommodating to our early arrival. Our only complaint was the lack of shower. We didn't realize when we booked that there was only a tub, no shower option. Other than that, it's centrally located, however quiet at night. Very happy with Pension U Namesti.

Very nice Pension

This place was located perfectly in the old town close to the town square. We had the large double room with fire place which was beautiful and it was great to have a sofa and coffee table in the room. The toilet and bathroom were separate. The only downside was that they were no curtains to cover the windows, which I imagine with early sun rises in summer this could be annoying!

Centrally located but still quiet and peaceful

We stayed only for one night. The wooden small rooms were nice but bathroom was confined. Old wood was creaking but it is in every hotel where i stayed in Cesky Krumlov. Everywhere was terrible smell of some perfume. Owner was kind and polite. I think that this hotel is good choice.
