We only used the restaurant. This is an open-air romantic place. Great Bohemian food a beers. The service was fine, the atmosphere was very nice. Unfortunately the potato dumplings were out at 7 pm, we got bread knedly but that was also fine.

Have Bohemian specialties at the Traveller's Hostel restaurant

We got recomended this restaurant by pension we were staying in and we were very satisfied. Restaurant doesn´t look much nice from outside so we didn´t know what to expect but then we kept coming back every day of our stay. Food was very good every day, they have local beer and serving was really fast. Prices are very cheap compare to Český Krumlov prices. Restaurant has tables inside and also outside. Good place to try czech specialities as svíčková or guláš.

Very good meal for great price

On exploring the town which was lonely on a cold October day, we came across this restaurant and went in for a meal. We were asked to wait to be seated, and were given a table which was to be shared with a couple, we didnt mind. 
The meal we had was local and very tasty as well as very good beer.

Came in for a Meal

Dropped in for a beer and meal.  The service from the waiter was  astonishingly rude, the place was less than half full and was annoyed i sat down at one of his tables!!!  He went on the mumble under his breath then refuse to give me change from a 200kr note when i paid(about 70kr) seems he thought he deserved a tip. Food was average, avoid like the plague!!

Some of the worst service in my two months in Europe

We went in at about 8 o'clock. We were 4 of us and wanted to eat a good local meal, but they apparently didn't want us to spend our money there. Nice surroundings, warm fireplace but the waiter came to our table to tell us to wait 5 minutes. We waited there 20 minutes and went after the waiter 3 times, but we didn't even get a beer... if you want to eat fast and you want nice people, don't come here! 

Ps. The waiter started to drink with his friend who were having dinner there. And didn't even look at us...

We were hungry

We popped in here as it looked welcoming, has a good garden to eat in as well. Good local food that was tasty. It is actually a hostel which will be in a good position for exploring. It seemed busy as well as lots of people were arriving as we ate. Good beer as well.

Food very good.

Stayed here two nights with 3 friends. Come for the restaurant and bar, the food is fantastic but stay somewhere else! The common areas in the hostel are situated directly outside every room. Combine this with paper thin walls and you bet your bottom dollar you're not sleeping a wink. Out of 4 of us, none got sleep either night we stayed.
After the first night, I started showing up with little spots on the skin on my hands and feet. That night I checked my bedding and found a number of juicy blood filled bed bugs that had been feasting on me the night before.
I called the 24 hour reception number, explained the situation and asked for a change of sheets, pillow, blanket, etc. The receptionist said he had to call and check with his boss first. He called back a few minutes later and agreed to give me new bedding (why this was even a question, I don't know). When I arrived at reception to collect new bedding, he then informed me they didn't have spare pillows or blankets so I will just have to make do. I firmly denied reusing bug ridden linen. We then entered someone else's room to take bedding off another bed.
My skin burned and itches all night and in the morning almost my entire body was covered in bites and welts (see photo, I'm not very happy given no sleep as well as bed bugs).
Again, come for the food and the bar. Do Not Stay Here!

接待小姐人很友善;早餐不錯,簡單自助式,需另外付費一人99克朗;位置方便,離舊城廣場很近,如由城堡方向入城,請不要走主要的觀光道路道旅館,拖行李會很吃力,請走地圖左上角過小橋的路線;套房的空間樓中樓很棒,位置也比較好,可住四個人,窗外可以遠望城堡,
If you have 3-4 people, Suite is a better choice than apartment. Suite located at a isolated part in house. There is less noise and better view and indoor space. People at reception are nice and helpful. Breakfast is worth to buy a ticket (99 czech koruna) to eat. 這次同時住套房和經濟公寓兩房,樓下是酒吧,會吵到比較晚,感覺酒吧休息後,還是有喝酒抽菸聊天的人?,套房位置比較好,比較安靜;經濟套房再中多房間的區域,有人進出拖行李比較會被干擾;捷克人蠻愛抽菸的,開窗不時會飄來菸味; 城裡的石頭地面不方便拖行李,要有心理準備! 房間和接待處都要再爬一層樓才會到達.
