Although we paid about 450czk per person per night we did not have any towels and soap in the room. We received towels after we had asked for them. Soap was not available :-) Wery strange for such a type of accomodation. Water was not really hot, it was a little bit warm. I had to ask twice for hot water. The owner of the hotel cannot be surprised that he had just a few customers there.
But it is a pity because the room, restaurant were nice and clean and food was also good. But we were just missing something there... You, as a customer, dot not have a meaning that you important for the owner... Just pay and leave! You do nit get anything more! (that is what the owner thinks about you probably..) We will not return there for sure.

something missing...

A group of us have just this weekend stayed at this pension for a skiing weekend. We each paid just 430CZK per person per night which on the surface looks like a pretty good deal, but DO NOT BE DECEIVED, this is a not a good price for what you get. With 10 people in total, 5 in each apartment, we were supplied with just half a roll of toilet paper, and as it was later in the evening, the manager was not available to provide us with any additional supplies. There were no towels available in the apartment, which although was never specified in the accommodation's description, is something that you normally expect... because often even in 200CZK per night hostels, you are still given a towel. The bedrooms were very average with no expense spared for any type of interior decor, and with 4 single beds crammed into the rooms. 

Hmmm, what else, oh yeah, the TV didn't work, there were no washing up supplies even though it was self catering, and in every room there were exposed live wires sticking out the wall, obviously to be connected to some type of lighting in the distant future. 

The location is not great, although there is a ski bus connection a short walk away, but it is about a 15 minute walk to the town centre. if you are looking to eat out I would go to the centre as from what I have heard, the restaurant in the bottom floor of the pension is pretty poor. The Zelnacka (cabbage soup) was made with ketchup and the garlic soup had random spaghetti in it. But be warned, do not complain or you will receive either nonchalant complacency or aggression depending on which of the staff is working that night. 

I wish I had something positive to say about this place, to finish on a happy note, but I don't so I my review finishes here.
