I had tried to call the hotel for 4 days, after that I sent them a message to call me back when possible. I received very surprising and rude message "I don't have time to solve your issue." 
When we arrived at the hotel, there was nobody at the reception. After some time an annoyed man came and told us that we have no reservation - even though we showed him a proof of reservation and proof of payment. 

I definitely don't recommend this place.

Very rude staff

Stayed in this small family run hotel for one night during our quick snowboarding visit with my friend. Booked over the phone couple days before the trip as our usual accommodation was booked out. 
The room was clean with the toilets and shower in the corridor (there are en-suite rooms available). Towels were provided. The owner was really friendly, but his language skills are a bit limited (as he said himself, we spoke Czech).
Prices are good so don’t expect huge luxury. It’s an affordable mountain house hotel! We will be definitely back. Diky Martine.

Good short stay

Though the reception girl made quite tasty pankakes while the cook had a day off the overall impression is rather bad. As we arrived there was nobody at reception desk. She appeared 40 min later after having made a few phonecalls. Showers full of pubic hair that you could stuff the whole mattress, as it were. Noise of intoxicated tourists  coming from outside through the whole night. Bedsheets torn here and there. The only good thing was the price and the location. Surprisingly in this hotel I found a few families from the Netherlands. Moreover we needed only 10 minutes on foot to the nearest chairlift.
