Předem uvádím, že toto byla nejhorší zkušenost za posledních 15 let. Hotel co si hraje na 4 hvězdičkový. Charakteristika je – arogance, nezájem a snaha obrat klienty o co nejvíce peněz podvodným způsobem. Příklady – účtují si ceny, které neodpovídají tomu, co mají v menu. 
Hotel ani zdaleka neodpovídá 4 hvězdičkám. Výtah je z roku 1980 bez vnitřních dveří. Sauna nemá žádná lehátka, nikdy jsem neviděl saunu, kde jsou v prosklené části dveří mezery, takže Vám je zima, nemáte funkční kbelík se studenou vodou, a přesto po vás chtějí 35€ za hodinu. Menu restaurace je jiné venku, na webu a v restauraci. Když jsem se na to ptal, bylo mi řečeno, že se každý den mění. Úsměvné, jelikož po celý pobyt bylo menu v restauraci stále stejné a jednotvárné. 
Za nehoráznost považuji prodávat půl litru vody z vodovodu za 2€. Výrobní cena je méně než cent. V normálních restauracích v Rakousku (i hotelových) dostanete na stůl litr vody stejně jako dostanete příbor. 
Snídaně byla parodií na snídani. Ta odpovídala spíše ubytování v hostelu. Vajíčko, párek, oschlé palačinky (nejspíše rozmrazené) a ta nejlevnější krůtí šunka, na kterou můžete narazit. To bylo otřesné. 
Vrcholem všeho bylo, že při check-out po Vás chtějí zaplatit za bazén!! , za parkování (8€ za noc, přičemž pár metrů dál lze parkovat za 4€ na centrální parkovišti). Podotýkám, že nic z těchto cen mi nebylo sděleno ani při objednání, ani při příjezdu. Je to jen snaha vybrat zatajené poplatky. Provozovateli není v tomto ohledu nic cizí. 
Celkově varuji před návštěvou tohoto zařízení a když, tak doporučuji vše předem objasnit, a to nejlépe písemně. Zejména proto, že se nejedná o úplně levné ubytování.

Let me say up front that this was the worst experience in 15 years. A hotel that pretends to be 4 stars. The characteristic is - arrogance, lack of interest and the desire to turn clients for as much money as possible in a fraudulent way. Examples - they charge prices that don't match what they have on the menu.
The hotel is not even close to 4 stars. The elevator is from 1980 without interior doors. The sauna has no sunbeds, I've never seen a sauna where there are gaps in the glass part of the door, so you're cold, you don't have a functional bucket with cold water, and yet they want you for €35 per hour. The restaurant menu is different outside, on the website and in the restaurant. When I asked about it, I was told that it changes every day. Funny, because throughout the stay the menu in the restaurant was still the same and monotonous.
I consider it outrageous to sell half a liter of tap water for €2. The manufacturing cost is less than a penny. In normal restaurants in Austria (including hotel ones) you get a liter of water on the table as well as cutlery.
Breakfast was a parody of breakfast. It was more like accommodation in a hostel. Egg, sausage, dry pancakes (most likely thawed) and the cheapest turkey ham you can find. That was appalling.
The highlight of everything was that they want to pay for the pool at check-out!! , for parking (€8 per night, while a few meters away you can park for €4 in the central parking lot). I note that none of these prices were communicated to me either when ordering or upon arrival. It's just an attempt to collect hidden fees. The operator is no stranger to this.
Overall, I warn against visiting this facility and when, I recommend clarifying everything in advance, preferably in writing. Especially since it is not exactly cheap accommodation.

We had a great stay at hotel Vyhlidka. From the first moment we arrived, very friendly and cheerful receptionist welcomed us and got us settled/scheduled sauna times with us. In the restaurant, the staff was super friendly and the meals were delicious. The hotel room was spotlessly clean, the beds very comfortable and the room well appointed. The private sauna was superb - also spotlessly clean and super relaxing. Overall, a great stay and much recommended!

Super cozy, clean and great people

Amazing experience! Very pretty interior design, pool and whirlpool were amazing, the water was clean. Sauna was amazing, I really liked the design. The food was amazing. The stuff were really kind and helpful, we enjoyed our stay. We also had a massage and I never felt more relaxed. In the reception was also a bookshelf full of amazing books!

Romantic holiday

Amazing hotel with nice, relaxed vibes and beautiful nature around. All the staff was very thoughtful and attentive. I loved the pool and the private sauna & massage were also excellent. Delicious meals and drinks in the hotel restaurant.

Lovely wellness hotel in Janské Lázně

We had a 2 bedroom family suite and despite rooms may appear small on pictures (at least my subjective view), theyre big enough and even with our 2 little tornadoes we had a very comfortable stay. Very comfy beds, lovely pool which your little ones will enjoy and its position at the very center of the town nearby the ski lift makes it excellent for early skiing experience with your little ones. In combination with pool in the late afternoon combines the activities really nicely for the children.
What needs to be highlighted is the restaurant with great quality meals, local craft beer served and wide selection of wines. Overall, highly recommend and we will surely come again as our little ones still keep on talking about the hotel asking when we go there again! This never happened before

Superb stay with family (twins 3 yrs old)

Great service, friendly staff always ready to help and assist. Good location only few hundred meters from the ski gondola. Spacious rooms.  Good food (half board), great selection of wines. Can only recommend!

Great spa hotel in Jánské lázně

Very nice hotel, big rooms, very clean. The staff ist very friendly and helpful. Very tasty food in a nice restaurant, very polite waiters. Pefekt time in the swimming pool and whirlpool after a skiing day. Very nice vacation, we will come again.

perfektny hotel

Really great hotel, rooms and spa. Excellent service at reception. Only minus was the portions at the restaurant, they were a bit small for adults. (we had halfboard). Close to skiing and also good facilities for the equiprment at the hotel.

Super nice

We spent 3 days in Hotel Vyhlídka and were absolutelly blown away by how everything was perfect! Our room was big (even with a balcony), clean, newly furnished. We enjoyed the wellness offer - pool, whirpool. sauna and massages - eveything was clean, stylish, perfect for relaxation in couples or with family. The stuff was just great, they comunicated very well, were friendly and helped us with anything we need. Can't forget about the food, because that was an experience! Perfect service, wide range (breakfast - pancakes, pastry, sausages, eggs,...), delicious meals for dinner. And on top of it it's well located, 3 minutes to the centre of Jánské lázně, few meters from the cableway to Černá Hora and about a nice 30-40 minut walk to Stezka korunami stromů Krkonoše. Highly recommend!

Perfect place for vacation!

We spent 4 days in this pleasant hotel. Private parking was just few steps from the accomodation. It´s really wonderful hotel with great food, clean rooms, lovely swimming pool. Perfect place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. It's definitely worth a visit.
