A pleasant stay despite cold in the rooms. A nicely heated bathroom! Great wellness, bubble bath and massages, very responsive attendants. A swimming pool where we could spend ages. Fascinating catering and extremely helpful dinning room staff. Knowledge of Russian helpful.
