Great location: 7min to bus station, 2min to Elizabeth spa, 3min to villa and other shops. 3min to the river and park, 10min to colonnades... Comfortable: room is spacious, view was excellent. (just note there is no hairdryer in room) Breakfast was very good, having everything needed. The same restaurant has a lovely menu for lunch and dinner and the food was quickly served and it was tasteful. Helpful: we had a voucher for discount at the Elizabeth spa, and we were eligible for a discount in the restaurant of the hotel. They took care of calling a taxi to the bus station and making all the follow up. WiFi was great. Communicating in English is not as perfect as in prague which makes some people seem to be not friendly; just be patient and don't take thgs personal. I recommended hotel Romania to our friends for a stay in Karlovy Vary.
