Very nice reception, despite the lack of knowledge of German. Very well maintained facility also the rooms. Eco Freaks will be happy here. We are back! Mini-zoo and self-sufficient lifestyle can be experienced live here! pricey and very village atmosphere

Cool stay here.

The restaurant is on two floors. There was also a terrace and a small pond outside. The food was good. We ordered palate ham as dessert, but it was delicious but could be a little warmer.

As we would like to show our children what happened nature when we do not care about we had chosen the place on the edge of mines. Building is nicely reconstructed but... they asked to pay ahead so we postponed it. All of us were looking for wood workshop but at the time of opening we found closed door. What would you do with teenagers who are disappointed? Finally master invited us but had no clue what to do with our group. The price for workshop was listed for 2-5people/ 129Kc, but they meant it as price for each person. Really we was not prepared for such tricks. On top of it we have no prepared bed for youngest one so at 10.pm. we had to sort out what to do.  Unpleasant moment came in time of payment when notified discount was not realized. I was lucky to check the e-mail confirmation and asked for correct calculation. No apologies. We felt like troublemakers and were happy to leave this sad place.

Poshy place with arogant staff

We were there today. There was no communication. German and English were unknown languages at the reception and all the signs. We felt like we were on a foreign plot of land and we drove back after a short time.

Uninspired

The place itself is very beautiful, really nicely built (or reconstructed) with nice garden, some animals , overall nice place to stay, The restaurant on the other side  is nothing extraordinary, food was very average. I had a potato pancake with chicken meat, sour cream and sour cabbage. It wasn't what I expected, the meat was baked into the potato pancake, it was a little bit dry. The sour cream helped but I could not match the sour cabbage with it at all. Frankly, the place is more enjoyable than the food.

Nice place but average food

The kitchen is good, tasty, cheap and well-drained. Kids can have fun with pets, goats, pigs, chickens, etc.). It's generally nice and cozy.

Good place to eat.

We spent two nights as a group of 6 adults and 5 children (ages 6 to 14) over a weekend here. Beautiful, restored cottage with a zoo, fish pond and various activities like carpentry and pottery. Rooms are conveniently equipped but small with two single beds, bathroom is large with shower, everything very clean. There is acceptable Wi-Fi. The restaurant offers good Bohemian cuisine, always delicious and abundant, delicious beer. Breakfast was manageable but delicious and sufficient with ham, cheese, jam and honey etc. It would have been easier, but we didn't ask for it. The staff was very generous and helpful. The location is nowhere else, but it's very nice, but in a short time in the highway, it's going to be very nice.

Short stay

At the restaurant we were very satisfied with everything. For breakfast our wishes were satisfied. It was very clean, the rooms were absolutely fine for the price ratio. The only shortcoming was the volume you heard from the neighboring rooms.

A short vacation.

Statek Bernard is located in a renewed farm near Sokolov.
Our hotel room was large and fully equipped and the beds very comfortable.
As Statek Bernard is km away from the nearest village, we had breakfast there. Nothing to complaint. Fresh products and plenty of foods.
The farm has several activities that should allow you to stay there all day long; restaurant, bar, craft shop, candle shop, carpentry, workshops..
We were disappointed to find most of the workshops were closed when we went there (from friday to saturday). It doesn't work as a whole; each shop works by his own and there isn't a common guide of the farm.

Hotel? Comfortable and relaxing

For the second time, we had a family celebration there (10 people). Everything was prepared as agreed. Very friendly and proactive staff. Tasty food, mainly beef steaks with grilled beans. Although there were two small weddings in the same time, we did not have to wait for food too long which we really appreciated. So, we were very satisfied and will come again for sure.
