A damage deposit of EUR 40 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is no reception at the property. This is a self-catered lodge, guests heat the units themselves via oil radiators and electricity consumption is charged. Before entering the accommodation, the guest is pre-authorized a refundable deposit of 40 EUR per cottage, as a guarantee for any damage and the final complete cleaning of the cottage. This deposit is fully refunded upon handing over the cottage in its original condition. |
