Nothing bad to say, only positive things: quiet neighborhood, comfortable parking in the back yard, very nice interior and exterior design, friendly staff, cozy hotel room with a balcony and good breakfast. The location was also okay - only a 9 minute walk to the old town.

Located on a quiet neighborhood street. Free parking is available in front of the hotel; although, they do provide more secure parking for a nominal fee.  The rooms are comfortable.  Their free breakfast is very good.  Very pleasant staff throughout.  This hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the town center.  Highly recommend!

Great choice in Olomouc!

For such a small and new hotel, I was impressed. It is beautifully decorated. The room was very comfortable, clean big bathroom, desk, TV, wardrobe.
The person at the reception was very nice, he spoke good English and tried to be very helpful with recommending restaurants where to eat and what to see in Olomouc. Location is close to the city center, 10-15 mins walking.
Breakfast was beyond my expectations, a lot of food and very good one as well.
There's an area where you can eat outside and the hotel has a beautiful garden with lots of trees and green and some benches and tables where you can sit.

The only thing which I would consider a minus are the check-in and check-out hours... but being a small hotel, I can understand why. Check-out was at 10:00 AM, and there was someone at the reception I think somewhere until 12:00 and then from 18:00 till 20:00 (don't remember the exact hours, but around that).

Only stayed here one night and had breakfast the next day and I really enjoyed my stay. 
If you are in Olomouc, this is a very good hotel for your stay.

Nice hotel with a beautiful garden

Excelent place of the hotel - quiet location very close to the centrum, nice rooms, excelent personnel 

Very nice city with a very good wine, historical centre and a museum of antient cars.

During summer the city is not so crowdy as it is a centrum of some universities - so many students comes there on the beginning of October
