Rude and ignorant staff, dirty beds, floor, showers. Generally a dirty vibe. Rooms are cramped. Carbord on all the doors with writing that gives the hallway a ghetto look. Price is very bad compared to the value you get from the facility. I ended up rather using my sleeping bag than the dirty bed sheets.

So we hadn't realized the showers were open. There are no doors on the showers, no  curtain, nothing. The toilet doors are also open/they can not be locked.

The bedrooms were okay but it was a bit of a guess how you would get up on the top bunk bed without stairs. 

Other than this it was okay just to stay. If we had known there was no doors on the showers we would have stayed somewhere else..

There were also soooooo many dutch, Belgian or German people there. We are Dutch ourselves so it was actually not pleasant to be constantly surrounded by people from the same country seeing as we were trying to get away from it all.

Free Zone, Free Show

I stayed here with my children, and I would say the overall vibe was a party scene, not real family friendly. Despite this, the visit went ok. Yes, the floor is dirty, the appearance is industrial, and the linens could use some refreshing. It is warm enough, and comfortable.
I would like to to clarify some of the other reviews, though. First, the staff is very friendly and incredibly helpful. Yes, they speak Czech, and the location is Czech Republic. Duh.
Ok next, there is easy access to transportation. Within 100 meters is a tram stop, transport ticket sales at the mini Mart, several restaurants and a pharmacy. It takes about 20 minutes to reach the city center and costs about one euro. There is hot water, a kettle, microwave. There is a restaurant on-site and even delivery to your room. Overall, I think it is a very good value for the price. We were there in the off season, so I cannot speak for peak times.

Much better than expected

Food was ok, ate xxl schnitzel for lunch and it is great, food in general was alright(but a la carte kitchen,i guess if you pay,you get good food?).
Staff is kind of strange,any language except theirs is impossible,they simply don t understand it.
Rooms are pretty small,but we only used it for sleepovers.
A lot of young people go here so be prepared for partying all night.

Hotel

Unpolite, arogant staff and well made tourist scam.
They offer what seems great service for a huge amnout of money and all you get is pile of some goo what seems like a breakfast to them.
