Not satisfied. They cancel your booking after you have paid. Unfriendly host. They will ask you (force you) to cancel your reservation so they don’t get a penalty from booking.com. A waste of time don’t book your stay at this place.

We were a little concerned about what could potentially be a lot of noise from the club located directly underneath the apartments (London Underground) but, we needn't of worried. We didn't hear any noise whatsoever and it turned out to be an excellent place to have a drink after visiting the markets etc. The room was very basic, probably one of the most basic we have stayed in but, it was spotlessly clean with comfortable beds and the owners were so friendly they made us feel very welcome. The location of the apartments is great, approx 10-15 minute walk to the Old Square and roughly the same, probably a little less, to Wenceslas Square. Getting from the airport to the apartments was really simple too. You could get a taxi but, public transport is very efficient and the tram stop where you get off is literally just across the road from the apartment entrance. I'll add the instructions the owner kindly sent me to assist anyone wishing to take this route: 
When you arrive at the airport, please buy tickets for 90min. You can take the bus no. 100 outside the Airport Termial.Please take the bus to the last station “Zlicin”, you can then catch the metro, get off in station Národní třida. Then please use the escalator in station. When you go out of the station, Studios Spalena is across the tramway. 
I'd recommend these apartments and would happily stay in them again if I revisited Prague :)

Balcony was a bit small but not really an issue
The host provided good cooking utensils and clean towels every day
We didn't use it but there was also computers and free wifi.

Lovely high ceilinged apartment 

When we arrived we were not certain of what to expect. This place certainly does not have any large signs, only a small silver plaque just next to the entrance of a night club at Spalena 47.

With a call on the small radio (with korean letters) we were greeted by a very hospitable and gentle lady. She took us to the room which is a remodeled kitchen with a small, spartan shared garden which in fact is a small apt. court yard. 

The "twin bed" room is what we chose which has a small shower and a cramped toilet (with a large heating element hanging over the toilet itself). The general "feel" of the place is calm and quiet. But beware that the shared courtyard sometimes is used as a place to smoke. The smoke gets into your room unless you close your window and balcony door, which also makes it a bit stuffy, and definitely warm. 

We are still satisfied with the room, but advise any visitors that the price on booking.com/agoda is not the same as the one you actually pay. We paid 210 euros for a twin room for two people and three nights, which was 21€ more than what was seen on the website. A small quibble, but worth noting. 

Homey place with a very hospitable couple as hosts

We had booked apartment 402 via AirBnB and really cannot rate it highly enough. The whole place appears to have gone under a recent refurbishment and is really modern and attractive.

The front desk staff were nice and explained  everything upon check-in, in both Czech to my girlfriend and English to myself.

The apartment itself was again really nice, large room with a small kitchenette and clean, sleek bathroom.

The location is great, just a few yards from Narodni Trida metro station with a tram stop right outside. There's a bit of a noise from the trams passing late at night but nothing crazy.

All in all, a really great find for such a reasonable price. 5*
