It does not look much from outside but when you enter it was homely especially with all the christmas decorations. It had a chef special which was very good and the other half said goulash was really nice. I would say it was tasty traditional food. 

Enjoyable atmosphere 

Do not come here for accommodation. While the hostel may be located quite close to the city centre, all the rest is just terrible.
We arrived in the afternoon. There's no reception so you have to check in in the pub beside. 
We had to pay a 20 euro deposit for the keys. There had been no mention of it anywhere.
When we got into our room we were shocked. It was dirty and stuffy. The linen on the beds wasn't even changed. It was a disaster. There was some garbage left on the shelves as well. The floor was disgustingly dirty. I had to ask the receptionist twice to change the linen and she finally did so when we returned back from our trip at 8pm. I did tell them to change it first thing when we arrived at 1!
Overall definitely not a good experience. I'm glad we had a blast in Prague and this didn't ruin our trip.
Having said that I will not be returning here and wouldn't advise anybody to do so either.

Very poor. The only good thing about it is the location.

Really liked this hostel. It's very convenient. And the breakfast offered is really good. WIFI is also very reliable. Would definitely recommend it for anyone. Everything is walking distance from this place and the staff are very friendly

Hostel

Hostel is above the pub with the same name, not that obvious to find. Location was great, walking distance to most nightclubs. We had a nice room, but on the fourth floor with no elevator. Shared toilets and showers. Clean.

Great location, Simple hostel

we have stayed in this hostel for two nights, while on weekend in Prague. The price was very convenient, but it was the only advantage of this place. Rooms are on the fourth floor without lift, no ac, so it was impossible to sleep/get some rest. the rooms itself were ok, quite modest. id say. My bed (ikea one) was broken, which made it impossible to sleep. Too little toilets/showers for so many rooms. the toilets and showers were dirty and disgusting, bathroom with single shower has broken door, so be careful to not get locked inside... Panic attack guaranteed! to sum up, cheap, perfect located hostel,  but i'll not choose it next time.
