Location wise this is quite far out from the centre but there is a tram stop within a 5 minute walk. 
Breakfast was acceptable. 
This hotel is right on the flight path to the airport so it does get a lot of plane noise. 
In my opinion it is quite highly priced for what you get but then Prague prices have gone ridiculously high in recent years. I actually see it got £10 cheaper per night the following week from when I was there and therefore feel somewhat ripped off. 
There is a nice park not far from the hotel which is great for a run or walk. 

Ok Hotel, pretty average but fit for purpose. 

This is a fantastic place if you're looking to stay for a night close to the airport! It is a very short and easy drive to the airport - I think about 8 minutes and the hotel offers just what you need. Breakfast is included in the very low price of the room and you get the usual basic buffet items and a decent coffee. Room oldfashioned but clean - perfect. A little noisy if you sleep with your window open but again, for the money - who cares, it's not that bad.
What I would like to highlight however, is the staff. AMAZING. Honestly, from the gentleman I dealt with at check in to the other one at check out - just lovely and terribly helpful. I travelled with my 3 year old so it was great to get a lot of help in a lot of ways without even having to ask. Also - importantly - they sell small bottles of wine at reception for about £2. :-)

One night stay before a flight

Very disappointing. I’ve been staying in European hotels over the last 18 months while we travel around Europe. This would have to be the worst hotel I have stayed in. The best thing about this hotel is they have a good supply of English tea bags at breakfast.

So many opportunities to improve:
-Warm welcome upon arrival would be nice;
-Prepare the room for two instead of the one;
-Have soft sheets instead of sandpaper ones with holes in them! (These were replaced)
-Service the rooms on Sundays;
Sound proof the rooms facing the four lane highway;
-Don’t say there is a lovely garden when there isn’t one;
-Read and acknowledge the requests made in the on line booking form;
-Be a little bit flexible with late checkout;
-Get a quote to sound proof the walls as we heard everything next door and above;
-Replace the old, yellowed, tatty bath towels.

3 Day Stay

This is good budget place for sleeping fairly close to the airport. The rooms and overall look is bit outdated but staff was friendly and the breakfast was decent enough. The rooms on the roadside suffer from traffic noises but the ones on the other side are much more quiet. Free parking is available in front of the hotel next to the street.

Bit outdated pension

If you're after the basics for a great price, this is for you. 

I stayed here as a child 14 years ago and returned for a long weekend with my father - not much has changed!! The hotel itself and its decor is in need of an upgrade but the rooms are clean and the staff very friendly and knowledgable about attractions within Prague and it's surrounding areas available 24/7 at reception. All you need! 

The rooms especially needed an upgrade with outdated decor although they were clean and the beds a welcoming site after a long day of walking - pretty comfy too! You do have use of a TV but all programmes dubbed with Czech. Hairdryers available at reception. The bathroom again standard but just what you need!!

I think we were the only ones in the hotel at the time so breakfast was standard, usually a hot cooked breakfast is also available. Choices included various cereals, yoghurts, fruit (apples and tomatoes...), breads, cold meat, cheese and jams. 

The hotel's wifi is good when connected however can drop out in rooms further away from the router. 

In a quiet location near a monastery on the outskirts, Hotel Wertheim is 3 minutes away from a short 20-25 minute journey on the efficient trams. It works out about .80p (24. Czech) for a one way 30 minute ticket - make sure you get them stamped using the on-board machines to avoid a fine on the off chance an inspector is around. 

The journey to the city is most enjoyable, passing the Palace/Castle and various pubs, cafes, restaurants and shops (including a large Kaufhaus) on the way if you wish you hop off or have a walk down to a latter stop. (CHECK MY OTHER REVIEWS FOR ATTRACTIONS AND FOODIES). 

A great hotel for a CHEAP PRICE (mega) for those not too bothered about modern decor! ✨
