Lovely space, small, green, a bit romantic, with good connection to the center of Prague. Very nice and friendly staff - Mr. Petr was extremely helpful. Clean facilities. Everything is small and neat. You can order fresh bread for the next morning . They sell cofee and some drinks from the fridge at the reception  Loved our stay here.

Loveliest camping in Prague

This relatively small campsite is fantastic, with decent size pitches, we have a 6m campervan, the particular pitch we chose, we just got in with the length, but there were other longer pitches.

There are modern, very clean toilets and showers, x2 for males and x2 for females. Great pressure in the showers and the water is hot. There is also 2 sinks to wash your pots etc and recycling bins, even a small bin to put used batteries. There's also washing machines. 

You can order bread rolls for the following morning and there are a few essentials you can buy from reception.

The site is only a 2 minute walk from the tram stop which takes you right in to Prague City, at a cost of approximately €1.00 per trip, each and they are very regular. The tram ride in takes around 15 minutes. 

The service from the gentleman in reception is very good and with a smile, he also speaks good English.

We had a great 3 days here and I would highly  recommend this site. 

Excellent campsite for visiting Prague. 

Campsite is in a great location for Prague centre. No. 17 tram is 5 mins walk away and is around 20 mins to the centre. The tram is cheap as well. 
Campsite owners were very helpful and gave lots of information on arrival. Pitches are small but not dissimilar to campsites near other big city campsites we've used. Worth the pay off for the location. Facilities are clean but on the small side. 
There are lots of other campsites on the same road if you visit and this one is full but this looked smarter than most of the others and is also closer to the tram. Definitely would recommend. 

Excellent location if visiting Prague in a campervan

Very small spots, but very good athmosphere, we parked our large mobil home with help exactly right. Very very clean toilets and showers. Helpful owners. Absolutely recommendable for a stay to visit prague. Easy connection with citycenter by tram.

After our return to our home base I would like to thank Peter & Owner Family for the nice place we found for us and our two dogs. We walked on a direct way to the Moldau, the rest rooms were cleaned frequently and we always received help in case of questions! For the first time we all four went by tram to Prag center.

3-day Prag with our dogs

We stayed here for 3 nights with our 8m long motorhome and 2 small kids. Despite that it’s a small campsite (+/- 20 places) and we had no reservation, there was still a place for us. 

The camping offers all thinkable facilities (incl playground, mini-shop, washing machine etc), is reasonably priced and the owner is very nice and helpful. The city center is only 10 minutes away with the tram (stops nextdoor). We will definitely come back here!

Recommended campsite for Prague 

Being there the third time this year I can only recommend Camp Dana Troja. Nice place (probably a big garden behind the house in the past), well equipped, clean, friendly owner, fair prices, near to tram, twenty minutes by tram to city center - best choice for a stay with campingcar in Prag!

Ideal location to visit Prag

It was not the first time and it will not be the last time. Such a great place. Best choice for visiting the city if you come by campervan or tent. Clean. Quiet. And the owner family are such lovely hosts. My fist choice in summer. 

You feel like home

Don’t be fooled, I’m pretty sure it is just someone’s backyard that they’ve turned into a camp site. But it’s very good. The owner is very friendly and happy to give advice to get the most out of your trip and also to keep you safe. 

The facilities are clean and work well. 

The location is a short walk from bus and tram stops and they can sell you tickets at the camp and will also let you know how and where to go. 

Reasonable cheap considering the excellent location.
