Location is ok, around 30 mins walk from main square.

The room was as you’d expect for the price and was clean -ish.

The shower pressure wasn’t great and there was lots of noise from pipe work in the room we stayed in on the 3rd floor.

Wifi was hit & miss and the guy on the front desk was a bit random! 

The double bed was fine and my son’s bed (a bunk bed) was fine too.

Paid 10 euros for a later check out at 11am.

Breakfast is very much a European continental offer, so don’t expect anything cooked!!

A friendlier welcome and a better shower would have got 4 stars….

But it did the job for us.

As expected for the price

This hotel is nothing like it is described so please bear this in mind. The room should have had a fridge, it didn't, it should have had a hairdryer and iron, it didn't, it should have had a wardrobe (which one assumes you can hang up clothes in) it didn't, it had a cupboard instead. The bed was stained, the bathroom was dirty, there is a kettle, but no cup / spoon etc, so I had to borrow these. The breakfast is poor, in fact very poor. The TV has 2 music channels and that's it. The glass shelf is smashed off the wall in the bathroom.
But, if that's not bad enough, there is the mo st vile large Czech lady behind the counter that is abusive if you complain, even in the nice way that I did. I explained to her that I need a fridge to keep milk cold (which I need for a stomach complaint) but she just shrugged her shoulders and went into the back office and refused to come out. The Guy on reception that could speak better English kept promising 'tomorrow' but by day 4 of a 5 day break I knew it was futile. I then complained to Booking.com and basically they didn't want to know either so it makes you wonder what they actually do for the cut of the payment. Shocking, avoid, and if the big Czech lady is on reception, just walk on by.

Absolutely awful, avoid, seriously  !!

I was at hotel Aladin for a night this week between the 14th and 15th.
Booked a single room for 1 person with a twin bed via booking.com, the advertisement had pictures of a room with 2 single narrow beds attached, as twin bed. As I arrived and received the keys i went to my room and found just a small single bed. went down to complain and the, in his words, "manager" told me that there was nothing wrong because i was alone and therefore entitled to that room with just one narrow single bed. No matter what i tried to reason with him he was noz interested in finding a solution, and in the meantime, checking my email to show him the pictures i has seen on booking.com, miracle! : the pictures of the room changed to the real one i was given. but with a wider bed ;-) 

On top of that, the refrigerator advertised as part of the utilities was not in the room, the shelf in the bathroom supposed to be together with the mirror above the sink was not there anymore, just the drill holes in the wall, the shower had mould between the tiles and dirt on the floor.

I totally NOT recommend this so called hotel!

Terrible experience

My review is not about the hotel services but about the incorrect hotel manager of the hotel. I had a booking for 10-17.05 with free cancellation till 25.04..I cancelled my booking on 21.04.and waited 3 months for my money refund.I wrote many emails to the hotel manager that i expect my refund.She answered till end of jube that once the hotel opens she will do the refund. She even do not speak English and answered in Czech language, did not say her name and was not polite. In july she denied to refund the money and offered voucher, but i insisted that i have to get my refund because 1. I have free cancellation and 2. i will not go to Prague at all. She continued to deny to do the refund (by the way she took my money still in middle of february from my card- 2 months before the dste for free cancellation??).
At the very end Booking.com helped me and arranged my refund.
So,do not use this hotel as she can do the same with you. This is not professional, incorrect and unpolite hotel manager!

Incorrect and not polite hotel manager

Poor management, refusing to speak any other language than Chech. The hotel is dirty, the breakfast is extremely poor and not as described. Even at a low price it's not worth visiting. Save your money and go somewhere else!!! 😡😠

Disgusting hotel, service non existent, management hiding from the customers!

Good area so is not too near the centre that you hear clubbers coming and going but also close enough for easy commute and travel to the centre staff friendly and helpful rooms were clean and spacious 

Good price 

Unfortunately I had to stay at this very basic hotel in June 2019. 

At my arrival (in car, so lucky enough to avoid the horrible steep and cobblestoned street connecting the hotel with the main street) I wasn't believing that I booked the same hotel that I looked at the pics of on the website. 

I was allocated a room at the 4th floor with a lift...and 9 more steps that I had to do dragging my luggage. 

As soon as I came in, the air was incredibly warm and dump as the 4th floor is the closest to the roof and in Prague it was boiling (35 degrees approximately). 

Not only I couldn't change the room and not had any help from the receptionist, I also could NOT have a fan which is the minimum requirement in such a notoriously warm city in summer. 

The result of this nightmare is that I could not sleep for 2 nights because of the warmth in the room, I did not receive any help from the staff and I promised myself to never book a room in this hell never again. I can't believe such hotels are still allowed to work. 

Sleepless night in a sauna.... 

Hotel is a located 10minuttes from the city center and the prize for stay is very nice. 
The hotel rooms are very spacious, and for 3* star hotel its so huge. Im staying here for long time and its really different when i meet here one young guy which works on the front deskand doing his job so proffesional, and when i meet the other people.

Vršovice

Basic hotel which was all we needed. Far out from the main city but close to a few tram stops.
Breakfast was extra as was tea, coffee and any other drinks.
Receptionist was nice enough and helpful in giving us directions. Even when letting us in at 3am when we had lost our keys :/
WiFi didn't work in our room on the top floor
