We stayed in the hotel for two nights.  The hotel is under new management and you can see that they are putting resources into it to bring it back to standard.  The staff was helpful and several speak english.  If you are looking for a clean place with a decent restaurant, this will do.

A Decent Option.

Price is right
Breakfast was typical for Europe. 
Rooms are clean. Beds are old small but comfortable. People are really friendly and helpful. Seems safe here. Definitely not a fancy place so don't expect to be spoiled. Tvs are old and small. WiFi is free but extremely slow. Traffic outside can be loud but closing windows does work. 

Recommended for budget travellers. 

Dogs are allowed!

WORTH THE MONEY 

Hotel is in quite cul de sac, has free parking, reasonable priced rooms, clean , nothing spectacular, but good solid three stars.
Restaurant Ok, meals good, typical Czech food and very large portions. Recomended for overnight or couple od nights.

Worth the price

We knew from beginning that this place would be horrible so we had no expectations whatsoever. We booked it to stay there for a weekend in July to attend Fluff fest and since we were a little too late, this was the only accommodation in Rokycany with free rooms left. 

Fortunately, we got one of the renovated rooms so the furniture and whole room was not bad. But, it was not cleaned there before we arrived! There were still crumbs from the previous guest on the carpet, pieces of wall and hair lying around. That means nobody bothered to vacuum clean the room for some time. After I told the receptionist in the evening and asked for a room service the next day, he was really shocked that I want somebody to clean our room on Saturday! Of course, nobody bothered to come our whole stay. This is not what I expect from a three star hotel.

Both receptionists were very unprofessional and if we haven't asked about all the basic info like when is the breakfast or check-out, they would have not told us.

And the breakfast... Who is still offering juice syrup with water as a supplement for a regular orange juice? I mean, even the cheapest orange juice would be better than orange syrup with water. Poor selection, just cheese, some salami, muesli, apple puree. No fruits or vegetables. On Sunday there was not even coffee available anymore. We didn't eat anything there the whole time we stayed.

It's ok enough to stay there for a couple of nights but book it only as your last option.

If you don't have any other option left, it's alright to stay here

Hotel is very dirty, dirty bathroom,  closets, disgusting carpets, no help from stuff,  really, really bad hotel,  do not stay there. On the wall dirty spots, which they solve with putting plastic plant in front of it and placing refresh smell in the pot to kill the horrible stink of dirt in the room.
