Stayed on the camping site round the corner ate in the restaurant two nights running food and service was fantastic we were the only British people there made very welcome 😀camping site at the vineyard has an honesty box for chilled wine 😀

Working trip during the COVID period. The rooms are clean, spacious and very welcoming. We are welcomed by the property available to accommodate all our requests. On Sundays we do not work and the hotel is closed, but they lend us a sample breakfast with eggs, fruit and vegetable sausage and juices at will. The winemaker approaches us and takes us to the cellars. We taste the wine (I would say at 9.30 a.m.) and start an endless tasting.

It's excellent.

If you are in Bilovice and want to eat. This is the only place where you should go. Reasonable price and delicious food. The accommodation is a bit higher than in other parts of the city, so I prefer Penzion U vinohradu where its very nice and price is half.

Hungry at the end of the day. Hotel Madl was the only place to have a dinner in this part of  Velke Bilivice city.
Despite of places available  seen from outside we were not allowed by the waiter at about 20:00 saying it is only for hotel guests.

Nice new hotel, very poorly trained staff and not friendly. Rooms are NOT cleaned during stay. Breakfast, very simple buffet, is not refilled. It seems that the owner has no hotel/gastronomy experience. Price-performance doesn't fit here.

New hotel, rooms not clean

We used this hotel for company workshop and stayed there for two nights/10people.

Excellent location, service people very friendly, willing to fulfill all our needs...

Restaurant with big variety of wines had excellent food and tasty wines...

We did as well winetasting...

Company workshop

I have spent 3 nights in Tramin cerveny apartment at the Hotel Madl. I was pleased with comfortable beds, window shades to regulate the sun in the afternoon and in the evening and an electric kettle with a few packs of instant coffee and tea. There is also a fridge and TV. The apartment has great views over the wine yards and the village Velke Bilovice in a distance with a lovely silhouette of a local church. Along the main road near the Hotel there is one wine bar next to the other, so there are plenty of places to enjoy a local wine tasting. You can even walk about 3 km to a famous chapel Hradisko situated on a top of a hill with WONDERFUL views over the wine region. The Hotel Madl offers local Czech cuisine for a very reasonable prices. The local wine Madl is good, too. This hotel is a great place to make one day trips and discoveries in the neighborhood region (F.e. Lednice-Valtice UNESCO listed, cute wine village Vrbice, Cejkovice...etc).

Tramin cerveny apartment

We stayed in the largest room available. It has very good facilities but the cooking facilities are very limited (and I mean VERY). Other than that, the room was very good. You have to be aware that the rooms are in the first floor and there is no lift. Breakfast was good and varied. It is surrounded with vines, all over the place.

Right in the middle of a vineyard, good facilities

Beautiful, tastefully furnished rooms are really very spacious. Very clean, quiet hotel with an incredible quality price ratio. Modest breakfast but with a little bit of everything. The only downside I feel like saying is that it would be better pointed out from the street, instead of a handwritten sign taken by chance, we spent a good 40 minutes searching for it!

We were there for the second time and were very satisfied. The design rooms are beautiful, simple and cozy. The kitchen, beer and wine are also very good. Only the breakfast needed better organization. The broths are prepared in large quantities and wait for 2 hours half-cold and no longer fresh for the hotel guests. The Viennese are there, but no mustard and also lukewarm. It's just these little things. You can try very good wines here and buy cheap. In the hotel you can get the wines of Stanislav Mádl. Nearby (200 m) you can also buy the excellent wines of the winemaker of 2011 František Mádl (Hana Mádlová).
