Relatively simple but cosy hotel close to railway station and bus stop airport busses Billund and Arhus. Good breakfast. Simple single room, very old elevator. Close to shopping center and restaurant, convenient for business traveler. Better than staying at Billund airport hotel when visiting Arhus area for business

Simple hotel close to railway station.

Stayed two nights while visiting Aarhus for a conference . It was very conveniently located across the station and the single room was a decent size. 
The breakfast was very generous and had some nicely done eggs- the rye bread delicious! Definitely recommend!

Good location, cozy stay, very generous breakfast

Milling Hotel Ritz dates from 1932, is located next to Aarhus railway station and offers 62 rooms over 5 floors. The historical hotel was nicely renovated in 2012 and provides a pleasant atmosphere. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

We had a spacious room on the 4th floor. The nicely furnished & decorated room had a desk & chair, flat-screen TV on the wall, a good twin bed, open wardrobe & no safe. A separate bathroom with washbasin, toilet and shower over the bath. All was very clean.

The window can be opened. Good Wi-Fi. An acceptable buffet breakfast is served at the wine bar in the basement with ample variety: scrambled eggs, soft-boiled eggs, cold cuts & cheeses, bread & rolls, cereals, fruit, milk & yoghurt, fruit juice & preserves, pastries, tea & coffee.

The Milling Ritz hotel is comfortable, and we had a nice stay. Recommended.

A comfortable historical hotel

A wonderful stay! The staff was warm and very helpful, and there is free coffee and fruit all day by the front desk, which I really appreciated coming back tired after a day of walking around. My room was far more spacious than I'd expected it to be, and most important, it was spotlessly clean. The breakfast had many hot and cold choices and was available for more hours than at other places I've stayed in Europe. All together, this was a truly exceptional experience, and I hope I can stay there again some day.

A gem!

Absolutely great hotel. Check us was a breeze by a very nice, helpful young man. Our room is huge, great (big) bed, nice big bathroom with shower and bath. Spotlessly clean. A really charming hotel.
Our room was at the back so very very quiet. With double windows I would expect all rooms would be quiet. 
Hotel is in a perfect location. Close to railway station, main shopping mall, street food market two blocks away, cinema a two minute walk. Excellent location. 
We thoroughly loved this hotel. Oh and breakfast was amazing in a gorgeous basement, wine cellar vine restaurant.
Highly recommend the Milling hotel Ritz Aarhus.

Wonderful Hotel

Clean warm room, nice bathroom and comfy beds. The best part however is the UNBELIEVABLE breakfasts which are included in the price and for which I would always choose to stay there ever again. Also free drinks and nibbles in the afternoons. Perfect placement across the road from the station and straight into the shopping area/ attractions etc. well worth the price

Breakfasts to die for and get up out of bed

Good location just steps from the train station. Rooms not very comfortable, and for the price you can get better. Parking 500m away snd expensive. In the parking lot there is othrr hotel, way better, not too much expensive than these.  Has parking in premises but denied as thry daid was full, which was not.

You can get better

My wife and I stayed for three nights at the hotel, attending a conference in Aarhus. The hotel is very central located, almost opposite the railway station and with excellent access to the shopping streets.

The hotel is a little old fashioned, but very charming in an art deco style. The room we had was quite small with almost no place for storing suitcases, and located on the first floor close to the entrance of the hotel. However, as we were told in advance, the location could be quite noisy, it surprised us positively that it was very quiet, almost no disturbing from the pedestrians or the traffic outside.

Breakfast was served downstairs in a wine cellar, it lseems. Breakfast was sumptous and good, typical Danish food and with multiple choices. Staff was attentive and friendly.

In the loppy free coffee, fruit and cakes were available free of charge for the guests in a nice, but small place to sit down for small talks after the meetings.

We came by car and was offered parking space in a parking garage about five minutes walk from the hotel. OK, but not so practical for travellers with heavy luggage, as it was not so easy to park outside the hotel.

The elevator was old fashioned and quite small, no problem for us staying on the first floor, but more challenging for those staying at the upper floors.

Except for the small size of our room, the hotel gives us good memories, definitely one to recommend if you are looking for central location and not going after aultramodern. It offered a solid brakfast and a central location. Best for couples, perhaps not so good for families with small children.

NICE OLD FASHIONED HOTEL , CENTRALLY LOCATED

I had a small single room facing the back where I could hear church bells and children in the school yard. At night it was perfectly quiet. The room was tiny but cleverly designed and had a full wc w shower. Breakfast was ample and varied in and well presented. Front desk staff were either helpful and fun (Julius) or cold and distant. They have bikes to rent and you cant beat the location. Loved the coffee/tea in a small lounge available free all the time plus free cake and snacks in the afternoon. I would definitely stay there again. Note that room size differs by floor and by bed size/cost. They have some big beautiful rooms with full bath. Its a nice hotel.

Excellent location wonderful breakfast

 The room was very very very small. Very difficult to survive in 2 persons.. the location is good. The hotel is an old building. Impossible to use the elevator, we had to wait for ages, we never succeed even with our luggage (  we were on the first floor). It is very very old elevator totally inadequate for a hotel. There is no phone in the room you can't call the reception neither have a wake-up call. The breakfast was good and rich.
