Excellent location as it is walkable from Copenhagen airport and 1 block away from Metro to everywhere including the Cruise Terminal dock.
The food was scrumptious and abundant; comparable to a buffet in Las Vegas.
Comfortable beds and private bathtub and shower.
Safe and very clean! This is a 10 plus
These Canadian/Americans wish there were more hotels in North America offering such comfort and food!

Best breakfast ever!! I was very impressed!
Amazing front desk staff! Gitte was extremely helpful, patient and friendly. Everyone at the desk had a smile and were very friendly. Excellent service!

At breakfast, no knife for cutting bread, and they didn’t cut the bread for you, - came with a knife and removed it again, - strange behaviour🤔

What was bad
Bed was not was I am used to. Overall room condition was not what I am used to.
