We booked in the last moment the room and it was very nice , clean, quite , very good for b&b . 
I will recommend definitely 
The b&b has a good parking space, a small garden where to spend some time in fresh air

Great B&B

Right next door to grocery shopping. Stayed in the basement of the main house. Super quiet, separate entrance, kitchen and bath.  Can walk into town easily to see the sights. Very clean. Only issue was nobody is onsite and we did not have cell phone service so had to wait over 1/2 hour for someone to show up to let us in.  

Great location!

Our room was located on the top floor. It was clean and bright. Living area adequately furnished with sofa, table and chairs. Kitchen had everything necessary with coffee maker, microwave, cooking rings. Lovely big bathroom with a super shower. The owner is a lovely friendly lady. Only downside was the bedroom. Four single beds side by side and toe to toe in a very confined area. This meant major sleep problems for me. This apartment is marketed for four guests but in my view it should be for a maximum of two. 

Bright and clean but no privacy

We booked a reservation for a two bedroom apartment at this B&B in May of 2013 for 3 nights through booking.com.  Three days prior to our arrival, we contacted the owner to make arrangements for him to let us in to the apartment.  He wrote back saying that the apartment was not available, and he was moving us to another house where we would have to share the kitchen with maybe one other person.  When questioned about why the apartment we reserved was not available, this was his reply: "we have a comagni who have extended their stay, that's why". We attempted to find another apartment,  but could not.  When we arrived, we were at Alberte B&B, where we had 2 bedrooms and a bath to share, which was fine.  The kitchen was located 2 floors down and there were 4 other bedrooms rented to men in the house.  We were shown one shelf in the refrigerator to use.  There was a dining area off the kitchen, but no living or sitting room.  All of the guests had access to the kitchen, much like a hostel.  As far as security, the keys were interchangeable between our two rooms and they probably would have fit the remaining guest rooms as well.  Therefore, like a hostel, we had to take all of our valuables with us when we left the property.

Reservation not honoured.

We stayed here for two nights in the four-bedded apartment. The BnB is about 10 minutes walk from the Railway station. There are many super markets nearby. The place was clean, but can do with little maintenance. The breakfast was good if not sumptuous. We were 2 of us with a baby, so didn't have problem with the short space. Four people might feel a little congested. Well equipped kitchen and the bathroom is really huge esp. for Denmark standards. The owner was very friendly.
