This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of USD 100 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. There is a $100 USD mandatory deposit required for all bookings and it needs to be paid within 1 hour of booking, you will receive an invoice with instructions on how to pay it. If payment is not received within an hour, the booking will be cancelled. This property has a strict policy regarding the communication of check in time. This information must be provided at least 7 days before the moment of check-in, otherwise the reservation may be subject to cancellation. Guests coming from outside the Dominican Republic must provide proof of airline ticket purchase within 24 hours of booking, otherwise reservation will be subject to cancellation by host without further notice. All guests must accept Paypal or Bank Transfer as the only method of payment within 24 hours of booking, this does not mean they have to make the actual payment within 24 hours but rather accept the method of payment itself (Paypal or Bank Transfer), an email will be sent with instructions on how to make such payment before check-in using a credit or debit card or bank transfer.
