Do not rent!! 
Stayed here for one night. We we're supposed to stay for four more but cancelled after the first one. 
There is a outdoor kitchen which we knew about and thought it would be okay. But the kitchen was so dirty that we wouldn't want to touch anything. There is a watermachine which was covered in something icky. The towels in the rooms smelled so dirty and the showers had no water pressure. Also the water was freezing. 
Only one of the rooms had functioning lights and sockets. The floors had dirt behind the curtains.  
We arrived late at night and tried to find the place but the address the host gave us was not right. We drove around in the dark for couple of hours and stopping in the area did not feel safe. Tried calling the host but with no answer or returning to the messages we left. Luckily one guard from another place let us use the wifi and told us the address and the way to get here. No apologies, no worries or anything from the host. Wouldn't have even stayed for the first night if it wasn't in the middle of the night.

Amazing place!

Avoid Avoid. This is a sublet scheme. The owner's elegante living facility is attached to this outdoor "entertainment arena". You have NO KITCHEN. No STOVE. share a dormitory 3cubit ft refrig. No Privacy. A small gas grill is your cooking appliance no Microwave.  Owner's mom is house keeper (she uses the floor mop to clean food counters and the grounds.. GROSS)
AC only functional in one room until 4 days later...had to use toilet in other room bcuz it always flooded floor. No walkway to rooms ..walked through grass. Lack of toilet paper stingy on towels. They daily discarded our personal items left in " Kitchen area"
Owner's lack of genuine concern for renters comfort was disconcerting. "Not my Problem" responses and delayed with no follow ups. Never greets you, parks where it is convenient for guest thus you park further away. No chair in rooms. NO COFFEE maker or bottled water. Daily infestation of flies bugs geckos and road traffic dust in eating space.   BATES MOTEL Sosua style. No fridge in rooms as advertised. Expect me to NEVER return. The room door is never secured and the door screen has a gap large enough for a bird to enter your room.. Useless against mosquito bites and flies. My hands are tired can't write anymore
