3 min walk from the action. The roof pool makes this hotel worth the extra money nice view. For the price the rooms are much smaller than comparable hotels. Food options were enough and fairly priced.  Too many flies to eat outside 

Has a modern vibe

The strength of this hotel is their staff and overall service. The hotel is new and still has some things to resolve There are no phones in the rooms to contact reception in case of an emergency or to get room service. This also makes it hard for someone outside the hotel to reach you through the hotel.There is limited storage space in the rooms as there is no dresser. My room was the largest in the hotel and it seemed sparse. The bed was too firm and they put in foam which resolved this issue, but it didn't cover the whole bed. I was told that would be resolved later and it never was. Like a leaking faucet in the bathroom which I had also complained about. I complained on a Saturday and was told it would be fixed the next day and I left the following Wednesday and it was never fixed.There is no shelf or showercaddy in the shower for your shampoo or soap. The drain in the shower backed up leaking water onto the pale ceramic tiles on the main floor outside the bathroom which made me slip and twist my knee very badly. I had trouble walking for 3 days after and was forced to ice it every day to be able to walk again.They never close the breakfast room and turn on the AC so you get the fumes from cars and motorcycles and traffic noise while you are eating even if you eat inside.These are issues that a small new hotel can have.  This hotel is perfectly situated giving you access to a good atm machine 1 minute from the hotel and quick access to all the restaurants and nearby shops and bars. The rooms here are very clean, with lots of towels supplied every day. Housekeeping here is great thanks to Heridania and Altagracia. Their service was impeccable.Heridania did my laundry and didn't even want to charge me.Her smile and welcome were terrific. The AC in the room worked perfectly.Anton picked me up at the airport and gave me free mangoes which were delicious. He also referred me to the best pharmacy when I needed it. The hotel called for me and I got the medicine within 10 minutes. Julio and Gilberto are among the 2 best reception staffers I have ever seen. Always available to help me in any way. Thanks guys. I won't ever forget you.I also want to thank Berenice for giving me the best breakfast service at the hotel. Always smiling and being completely attentive to whatever I needed.I also thank Bethania for her help with the call to the drug store. New Hotel With Issues

I booked my reservation 2 months ahead of time and made sure to inform the hotel I would be arriving between 11pm -12am.  The time came for my trip.  I traveled to the hotel and arrived at 11pm.  The hotel checked me in then informed me I would not be staying at the property.  The hotel gave my room away.  The hotel put me at a sister property which was not very clean.  I had to stay at the sister property for the entire reservation.  The hotel apologized and gave me a meal and $40 back.  There was  $120 difference in price between the hotel and sister property.  The hotel would not give me the difference in money.  The hotel was not concerned when I expressed that I was going to write a review telling others what happen in my situation.  Do not stay here.  They may not have a room for you when you show up.  They may sell it to someone else for a higher price.

They Knowingly Gave Away My Room

This is one of best discoveries I have made in my last trips, this hotel just surprised me, as found: is small but has it all. 

Found this hotel because while looking for where to stay a guy told me to take a look at this hotel, since we were looking something not expensive. 

The main entrance is perfectly maintained, the stairs are clear, the front is perfect. Inside the lobby you will promptly note the clean of the floor, a nice guy will ask you about your stay. When you get to the room you will also notice that the cleanliness is not only in the front or the lobby, also in the room they pay specially attention to the cleaning process. 

One of my best surprises about this jewel of downtown Sosua was the pool in the second floor roof. Is tiny but perfect and suitable for your needs.

I really recommend this hotel, you just will remember it!

Clean and comfortable budget hotel

Clean and new room. Bedding is like the same quality as any marriott brand hotel. Look and feel a lot better in person. Photos don't do it any justice.  Very hot water and power air conditioning.  Definitely coming back. Just no elevators and the pool is small. Very great costumers service. I stay in many places in sosua. This is one of the best hotel to stay at. I'm very picky
