I was there with my mate all I can say is This is a crappy place. The room was dirty cob webs, the walls need painting lets just say the pictures that they post online is not what you get. You be better off in a shack were you expect conditions of the magnitude. This is not even for a one night stand. Trust me keep your money this place needs a make over. The parking lot is full of crap you have peacocks that make more noise than a rooster. for this you might as well go home. After the first night I went to another hotel.

Hotel is more for their pets then people!!! Don't do it

Me and my friends made a reservation here.When we arrived, everything was ok, the ´hotel´ was full and a person showed us the room where we were supposed to sleep. I remember asking the lady that if they had cameras, because the place was a little far and we were all women. We went out for lunch, and then we went back to the hotel to take a nap and a bath, and then we went out. When we returned to the hotel, I found out that my ipad, the charger and my headphones  had been stolen. The door was not violated, so there must have been somebody who had the key. My purse was not in the same way I left it (when I got home I realized that they also took my cellphone from work and a perfume). Immediately I tried to communicate with the manager (who was not the lady that showed us the room), but she was sleeping. I waited till 7 AM, and when she appeared she asked me if in fact I had my ipad in the hotel with me (what is going on with you?), and that I should call my house to see If I left it there. I made her realize that IN FACT I had my Ipad with me when I arrived to the hotel, and that It was in my purse the WHOLE TIME, and I also told her that I had my headphones and charger in a smaller purse inside my big purse, so what about that, I imagined that as well? She told me that the security camera that covered my door WAS NOT WORKING (note: my room was on the first floor, just a room away from the  ´lobby´). Then she said that on monday she was going to talk with some guy to check the other cameras and she was going to SEND ME THE VIDEOS because she did not know how to do it at the time, and that this is why you can not have expensive things in your room, and that in this weekend there were many people around she could not handle (ok, let´s analyze this... She is telling me in a few words that I CAN´T have what I want in my room because it is not safe, and she does not have control of the people that goes inside and out the hotel). I can have whatever I want in MY ROOM, Im paying for it!! Her JOB WAS TO GUARANTEE that ANYBODY except me or my friends went inside the room. Immediately I put the demand on the police. The next day I called this lady, and she said that she did not told me that she was going to send me any videos. To conclude, as you can see I did not have the support and help that I should have received from any person that worked at the hotel.  Few days later, they called me and told me that they saw the video and that they did not see anybody (of course I did not believe them), and I told her to send me the videos, and they did not do it. I do not recommend this hotel at all, there are tons of cheap and GOOD hotels in this zone, an a lot of all inclusive resorts. This was a horrible experience, where of course, I had a loss, but they also lost the respect and credibility of many clients. DO NOT GO. Save your time and your belongings. My purpose is not to harm anybody, but to prevent you and to avoid that this happens again.
