The room was ok, fairly small. Most of the time I had no hot water, only 2 pillows on the bed and one was soft but the other was too stiff. Patio door didn’t close properly and left a gap at the top side so lots of road noise. Tv remote didn’t work, had to have the ac repaired, room wasn’t always cleaned. All minor issues but they all reflect on your holiday

Expected a bit more

The new breakfast room offers an international breakfast or lunch, excellent coffee cappuccino or hot brioches. The restaurant, Margot, curated by Chef Claudio, offers an Italian and international cuisine. Excellent firsts and peas. Prices in the norm. In the surroundings Playa always supports beautiful, with crystal clear water in classic Dominican style. Another visit I recommend Playa Chiquita at 10 sa.

Fantastic food, great ambiance,  and incredible desserts (At very reasonable prices) all served by friendly staff.   

We highly recommend visits for breakfast,  lunch and dinner.  Linen tablecloths, and  napkins camouflage the underlying casual nature of this restaurant. 

Restaurant Margot

Located in the center of batey Sosua, just 3 minutes from its beach, with beautiful rooms with a barbecue kitchen with a clean slate, a quiet and cozy place close to all the real business and banking entities that come to Sosua.

 excellent location and good service.

Located within walking distance of restaurants, bars, beaches, relatively small, well maintained gated, small pool, only a few deck chairs, restuarant on site is not yet complete. Room accomodation only, and one/two bedroom units with fridge, micro and small stove top, great big balconies, rooms need a little TLC . Downside I see, is the two nightclubs closeby, could be very noisy at night. Ensure you get a poolview room, if you don,t you may face a barred wire stone wall. Circular staircase, could be a little tricky to navigate. No recommended for children

Great for long term stay

Spacious apartments, pleasantly furnished, highlight the white of the interiors, with air conditioning and refrigerator and kitchen services. Day and night security, staff available WIFI Internet. Central location near all services, supermarket, pharmacy restaurants and bars. 10-meter restaurant offers home service with excellent dishes, being one of the best in Sosua. The center is near Playa alicya and Playa Sosua are easily reached on foot.

Great location and apartment.

Stayed for a month In Nov. 2014 . Tried another place Nov.2015. Coming back April for only 3 weeks. Rooms are spacious and a nice balcony for a couple to sit out for drinks and not feel crowded. All is included. Johnny and staff were beyond reproach. Always helpful. Security is maintained and never felt unsafe at any time. A short walk to downtown and great little variety store a few short steps away. A baseball diamond across the road for great ball and also free. Trying to stay here all winter. It is perfect for me and my friends.

I came back and knew I would.

Stayed here for one night. 

The room was spacious.. you have your own living room / kitchenette area, separate from the bedroom. I like a little more room than a cramped hotel room and this was perfect for me. The layout works well and the space was well thought out. The external walls are a bit thin... so sound travels... but the bedroom was quiet... got a peaceful sleep...

The proximity to Bologna Restaurant is a huge benefit.

Spacious.. well thought out

We were in this residence at the suggestion of a compatriot who has been living in Sosuiya for years. It was presented to us as one of the best solutions, for the habits of us Italians, the best in the country. When we arrived the room was dirty, the towels were two...that is, it was torn in half! The cleanings should have been done on different days, but they were done twice in a week of stay. Another strongly negative note, at least for me, is the proximity of the rooms to a venue that produces music at a very high volume almost until dawn...because it is another particular thing that the person who suggested this accommodation forgot to provide.
