Fast checking and checkout with no hassles, excellent location near tourist attractions. Property is well maintained clean rooms and neat bathrooms. Located at a very safe location and near public transportation, also hostess will call for a taxi at your request. WiFi fast and good signal throughout. We loved the place, charming and quiet for a great sleep then wake up for a nicely served breakfast.

Nice and Clean, family friendly

A lovely clean place to stay. The host was very kind and welcoming. The bathrooms are nice with great shower pressure. Soap is provided but not shampoo. There are items for sale in the office though if you forgot something like I forgot my toothbrush! The beds are actually comfortable, the wifi was fast, and we enjoyed the location. We were able to walk and eat and enjoy the city we live in. Would return.

Lovely and Cozy

I slept for one night, 2 people in 1 room of 2 beds, we paid 30 USD for the room. Really the best price quality relationship I've found in all of Ecuador, I've never paid 15USD/person and found a room and bathroom so clean.

The price-quality ratio is excellent.

Great hotel. Very beautifully accented blue birds. Nice hostess even though it was too early for us to register. Good and convenient city location. Near the Old Town. Beautiful city with beautiful houses and streets. Many interesting places. It is convenient to go from the bus station to other cities.

Cozy hotel

A very cozy, clean place and very good care the staff very hospitable the bathroom completely clean the clean beds what was missing were blankets and the TV wasn't very clear and I was delighted to definitely return there.

It's a lovely place.

Located in an accessible location, the hotel offers good service and quality.I was given the opportunity to check in early, which is very good when it is business.The only thing I didn't like was the darkness...and everything else recommended.

A pleasant passage.

Nice place, clean light. The room is decent like the bathroom. And the very breakfast that is included in the room value. What I think is terrible is that in the advertisement where I booked (booking.com) they say that this place has a parking lot, which is not true. The only parking lot I found is about 4 or 5 blocks and beyond that the parking in those places ranges from 3 to 5 dollars and you have no option to take the vehicle out once you put it in place. The ocean touches them when you walk out or take a taxi. The hotel is located in an unpleasant location (very personal opinion). The value of the room for 2 is about $40.

He was cute but...

We book several days in advance, 5 days after the purchase and payment by card they send us an email saying that they are overbought, and for the most part they offer us accommodation in a pachamama hostel that doesn't even have a web page and has nothing to do with this hotel, certainly a hostel of bad luck.
