It is excellent.

The hotel itself is beautiful, spacious room and clean bathroom. It had all the amenities, air, wifi and TV. For the price to be paid it required a room fridge and an elevator. We highlighted the very good and rich breakfast, which we could have in the room without extra charge. Very friendly and helpful the receptionist girls and the gentleman who helped us with the suitcases and we arrived at the hotel.

No, it's a 4 star but it's very accurate.

A place where you can mobilize x the main sectors of Guayaquil excellent attention and nothing lacks its very attentive staff. The food in the cafeteria is very rich. Its rooms are very good. Excellent for a vacation.

Excellent for family stays, leisure, sports or business. Very close to shopping malls, sports venues, airport, marisque and typical coastal food. Very convenient and friendly.

Very familiar.

It's only noticeable that the hotel has spent years, bad breakfast, no dinner. Bad bad no recommended if you're traveling with children or even thinking about it. the cold breakfast, no buffet, and recall that the restaurant is not part of the Hotel, that should not be said since it's the image they provide.

A breakfast of terror.

The last room we stayed in had a window and the view was air-conditioned and the noise of the air was heard very closely, but as we arrived tired, it didn't matter, everything else was fine, we got a taxi and headed to the airport.

Excellent hotel 

Good mid-range hotel very well equipped, very clean with one of the best wifi I've seen on my travels...up to 2.3 MB!

Excellent value for money

The truth is that I don't dislike it. Stay away, the hotel is nice, the room is presentable and clean. It has breakfast and wifi. The bathroom with bathroom. No big deal, I just recommend it for 1 or 2 nights and nothing more. The reception is agile and good disposition. It's far from the malecon so the receptionists hired us a taxi to get to and then you could call it back so you could go and get the same person when you want.

NORMAL, to pass one or two nights.

This hotel was close to the airport and recommended by a taxi driver who was anxious to go home after a long day.  We were first told that the rooms would be $40 per person but were offered a discount of $15 if paid in cash.  We needed a place to sleep for the night so accepted the offer.  The room itself was at the end of the hall with a very noisy air conditioner that you could not adjust the temperature, no shampoo/conditioner or toilet paper in the bathroom and  a TV that didn't work.  We had to ask for the toiletries and they apologized for the inconvenience however the the worst part was finding out the next morning from a different desk clerk that the rates were actually lower than what we were charged.  No refund was made as we didn't even get a receipt from the night before.  Needless to say I would not give this hotel high marks.  It was clean but noisy and the breakfast although included was plain not spectacular.

Not what I expected

I booked this hotel through Expedia well in advance of my trip to Guayaquil, Ecuador on the recommendation of someone who lives there.  After a long flight and problems with the rental car agency (Thrifty), I drove a rental car from the airport, no small feat, and when I arrived, I was told all thew rooms were booked and I would have to stay at their "sister hotel" at the same price (while I was standing there asking why they even took reservations, they checked someone in a taxi driver brought in).  They also wanted me to pay in advance for a sight unseen "sister hotel".  This hotel is already in a questionable part of town, so I decided not to take them up on their generous offer.  They assured me they would not charge my credit card, yet two days later, there it was.  I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company and deal with the hold on the card.  Even though I speak very good Spanish, I still look like a gringo, and apparently it's a scam on gringos they use to fill their other property.  I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!!!
