Don't go there. I booked with b/f, but at checkin they told me: no b/f. As I had proof, they gave me a voucher for the restaurant in the hotel and  gave me 2$ for Saturday and Sunday. I first was sent to a room which was not ready and very noisy, so I asked to change to a clean and quiet room. But there the bedsheet was also dirty. And the whole room looked aweful: paint faling down, ants everywhere and dirty floor. The toilet did not flush well, twice I had to ask to repair the toilet flush. The fridge was broken, so they brought one from other room. The A/C was as noisy as a truck, could not sleep with this noise. The room has no safety box. Again, I recommend to stay somewhere else!

Not a nice hotel

The pictures are deceiving. Our room had no working air conditioner, bedside light didn't work, room was dirty, toiletries consisted of a bar of soap. The noise level is LOUD from the street at front of hotel. There are no elevators and the "business centre" is a joke. No security lock on door. We ended up putting a chair under the knob. This hotel should not be on Travelocity's web sight.

Never again

I stayed there one night and it was enough. Dirty room, noisy room with air-conditioning n the fan of the receptionist outside, paid for breakfast but when arrived they said it was not included (they gave me a voucher in the morning after my complaints for the next door filthy place), smelly bathroom.
Find another place.

For One night you can find bettet

The rooms were basic but clean, no hot water (but I wouldn't have wanted any in the sweltering heat), but is a short and cheap cab ride from the airport and bus terminal and has friendly and attentive staff.

If you value your sleep, do not come to this hotel. 

We had a double room on the second floor (no elevator, so imagine climbing up those steep stairs). The room is large, but "weird" - no straight walls, ceiling in needs of a good hand of paint, bathroom smelling like mould, no hot shower although we were told there is. There is a sign on the door that says the hotel is undergoing renovation. I did not see any sign of renovation - just plain old stuff. 

Watch out for cockroaches. We found two in the bathroom - Guayaquil is plagued with them.

What is worst about this hotel is the noise. Let alone the noise coming from the street (lots of traffic), it is the noise inside that is horrible. The air conditioning is so loud that it feels like sleeping in the motor of a boat. Not even earplugs could block the noise. 

Not a good value for such a price.
