I made the reservation today and went to the hotel, my reservation was not because the person who cares couldn't use the computer and only tomorrow the reservation would be activated by this platform. Why do I want tomorrow if the reservation is consolidated? I was given a room without a reservation but I don't understand how they are on web platforms but they can use them properly.

Great for the proximity to the airport and near the Malecon 2000, the rooms are nice and very clean, the staff are courteous, but above all the price... a real deal.

Good quality price

Because of the proximity to Centenario Park, and other attractions, it is convenient to stay overnight and continue the daily tour.The rooms are simple but clean.

I would recommend them if they are just going to spend one night,...................... have the necessary and fair,....................This is located close to the center.......Housing spacious............. could improve the service...... could improve the presentation of their rooms.....

If your trip isn't a one-day trip, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.While it's very close to the Centennial Park and a main road to the Malecon 2000, the area is very ugly and looks pretty unsafe.The hotel's attention is not the nicest and the cleaning is impeccable.Wifi only enters a living room next to the entrance.There's a lot of noise.The same hotel warns in an ad at the door of every room that it's not responsible for any losses inside the room.As my room was next to a balcony with easy access (2 floors) and the security of the floor was no better.I don't recommend it, there are many better options for more dollars.

I'm not going to stay there again.

For most travellers, Guayaquil is a one or two day stop and Hotel Nevada is perfect for this. It is only a $4 taxi ride from the bus terminal and it is only a 10 or 12 minute stroll down to the Malecon. It is in the central part of the city so there are many restaurants and mini markets nearby, and only 30m away from a big beautiful park where you can sit and watch the giant iguanas walking around.
The rooms are old, but not dated. They are big and roomy, well decorated, and they provide air conditioning and cable T.V. Be warned though, there is no hot water in the showers. My wife and I would stay here again if we were passing through Guayaquil.

Good Cheap Hotel Close to Everything

For most travelers, Guayaquil is a one- or two-day stop and the Nevada hotel is perfect for this. It is only a $4 taxi ride from the bus terminal and is only 10 or 12 minutes from the mall. It is in the central part of the city, there are many restaurants and markets nearby, and only 30 meters from a very nice large park where you can sit and watch the giant iguanas walking. The rooms are old, but not dated. They are large and spacious, well decorated and have air conditioning and cable TV. Be careful, there is no hot water in the showers. My wife and I would stay here again if we were to pass through Guayaquil.
