Big clean QUIET room. Friendly staff. Safe and secure room. Close to airport (10-12 minutes walkable with carry on luggage). We had an easy check-in and great support finding good food for dinner. Would stay again on our next trip.

Clean safe quiet and convenient!

Booked a double room before flying out to the Galapagos.  Staff very accommodating arriving after midnight.  Did take a taxi from airport but they transported us the next day.  Room clean and breakfast was amazing on the rooftop.  Great place for the price

Great place close to airport and outstanding breakfast

We were very lucky and grateful to find this place after another nearby hotel lost our reservation on Year’s Eve no less! Clean, great service, plus a great breakfast the next morning. The host went above and beyond helping us get to a shuttle bus to Cuenca on New Year’s Day when most taxi drivers were still sleeping. Muchas gracias!

Great place near Airport in Guayaquil

The hotel is located near the airport and can be reached very quickly by taxi or on foot.
The hotel is located in a large house and has a real mansion atmosphere. The rooms are very large, bright and have a beautiful floor. There is also a Netflix access. Compared to other hostels in Ecuador it is rather luxurious. 
There is a large  roof terrace where breakfast is served.
The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. The owner picked us up personally from the airport and drove us there again the next day. Also otherwise the staff was always concerned about our well-being.
Breakfast is included in the price and rich.
The price-performance ratio is very good and I can therefore highly recommend this accommodation.

Good location, big rooms, nice staff

Stayed here on my last night to get a flight out the next day.The hotel is very convenient and is within walking distance of the airport.Staff were very nice and accommodating.The hotel is secure.The rooms were large, clean, and comfortable.Wifi very strong, shower had hot water and the air conditioner and television worked well.The hotel is also within walking distance of a large mall and there are nearby cafes.Breakfast was good fruits, eggs, juice etc.You can also take a taxi or uber  to the malecon 2000 where there are more restaurants, bars and sights.I would stay again.

Close to airport!

I loved this hotel excellent location and easy parking after a work day or a family trip a good place for rest, big room and big beds!
The breakfast offer variety in juice, fruits, granola, eggs, etc they also offer some samples of Ecuadorian cuisine (patacones, bolon, humitas)
The breakfast is in a beautiful terrace which offers a nice view. We were visited for some birds!

For work or families trips

We arrived to guayaquil August 3rd and I had never being in ecuador before . When I did the booking the owner asked me if I needed transportation and certainly need it . So a handsome young man was waiting for us in the airport . 
Very polite and educated . We really enjoyed his company . We had no complained at all . What is more the owner offered to take us to the mall and the next day the young man took us to the furgoneta to travel to Cuenca . We really enjoyed the place and the costumer service .

Cute little place 

The location was great for us, since we wanted to stay as close as possible to the airport. We were a bit disappointed. They were offering a free pick up service from the airport on arrival on booking website. We arrived to the bus station, which is just few meters away from the airport, but they refused to pick us up. We thought that they could maybe offer us a transfer to the airport when leaving, but they had some strange excuses, which were a bit ridiculous. I want to point out that the airport is really a walking distance away from the hotel, but we had a lot of luggage and it was raining heavily. We asked the employer to call two taxis for us, half an hour before we wanted to leave, but he just called us one. 
Breakfast was ok, but the service was very slow and we were in a hurry. Rooms are average, nothing special, but not bad. I felt save in this hotel.
