A single towel in a room with a loose bathroom does not move easily. The dining room is on the fourth floor. There is no elevator. It carries small children. It has few tables. It fills quickly. Wait for more than thirty minutes for breakfast at an improvised table in the middle of the hallway next to a warehouse-like space where a plastic and cardboard exercise machine was arranged. Finally, we asked to waste time and could not prove breakfast even though it was already included in the payment of the fare. I hope our breakfast was served by early card.

Badly maintained.

We stayed 2 nights here on our way to Colombia and had great nights sleep in the very large and comfortable bed. Everything was very clean, nice and new. Good shower too with lots of hot water. Wifi and TV worked well and we liked the breakfast too. Location is perfect and central with walking distance to everything you need, restaurants cafés etc. All friendly staff and  very good value for money.

Good value for money hotel in central location 

If you need a place to sleep and spend the night it is an acceptable option it has the basics and is clean for the price nor can you demand more it has good accommodation but the parking lot is a block away.

Hispedaje is the name of the game.

The hotel is close to the central area, including breakfast and the dining room view is pleasant and includes open and closed parking.The showers should be improved because they cannot be placed in an intermediate term between hot and cold water.

Ibarra de paso.

It's a comfortable hotel, it's in the city center, I'll stay only for one night, but it has all the amenities you need, being in the city center generates a bit of discomfort the entry in peak hours.

A good option.

The rooms with very poor taste in decoration (see photos), would be of little importance, but besides I ordered a double room with a mattress and I was given a double individual bed unidas!!!!!! What left in the middle was an uncomfortable canal for sleeping, besides a sofa bed disturbing the rest. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell and besides we found it dirty. In general, the perception about the cleanliness of the place was not satisfactory.

-Great customer service (everybody at the front desk is friendly)
-Close to restaurants and stores.

Cons:
Miniature windows in the room.
No elevator. The hotel has stores on the bottom floor so the lobby is on the second floor. 
One towel for a family room.
No hair conditioner
Bad wifi signal
Tv looses signal 
Miniature trash can 
No good for families with young kids.
The Parking lot is located a block away from the hotel. 



Wouldn't go back

I stayed at Plaza Victoria last week for 5 days because of my job. My first impression was good when I looked everything was new and shiny. Then the person at the front desk didn't have the best of the attitudes. Totally loved my room, with a big queen size bed and nice sheets, but the bathroom isn't so nice and had a funny smell. The room rate included everyday breakfast but the first day couldn't had it because they weren't going to have it ready until 8am. And here comes the main reason why I wouldn't go back to this hotel... On the second night I was going to shave and for that I bought a new spare for my shaving machine, and guess what... It was used by someone else, so I went to the front desk and explain this to a very helpful guy. Next day I spoke to the Hotel Manager and he seemed exceptic about all this and he agreed on replace my spare blade for a new one.
I stayed there for the rest but kept everything on my suitcase.
So the hotel has a great location, the price is not bad, another downside is that the bedrooms facing the Main Street are too loud.
Hopefully my experience won't repeat to anyone else and I'm sure they can serve much better to their future guests

Mixed feelings 

The hotel is located right on a busy road. We had a very large room towards the street, constant noise. The neighbors were also very understanding. We had no hot water several times, but the error was fixed each time after complaints at the reception. Overall, the staff were rather uninterested in the guests.

More disappointing

This hotel it is the case: we don't need to change anything while customers continue to appear.
In fact this 3star hotel (4 star hotel on main street door) doesn't fit on such qualifications. In Europe this hotel would have as maximum one star:
- There's no hot water on lavatory;
- Breakfast space (available tables and sitting places) it is to short for all people of hotel (sometimes there´s no sitting places for everybody at the same time).   

I was there and I've moved to other hotel, due management responsabilities.
