If you don't like hospetality, book this hotel.  The first room we got had no windows.
The staff is not very helpfull. The bed is ok.
The shower is good to get burned.
Breakfast is very poor and every day the same, although the fruit is good.
When you wanna have a drink you must pay it immediately, although we had to stay another couple of nights.

Nice hotel in the city. Nice room with kitchenette. Water fountain on each floor. Lunch served, cozy and good. Very friendly and efficient staff (immediate change of ampoule). Small pool. No restaurant

Nice hotel, nice location, very friendly staff, very clean, spacious and quiet room.

The hotel is fine, it's simple and everything works, the staff is very friendly and willing to help. The location is not the best, it's quite far from the restaurant area of the Malecón and the port, while the taxis (all of them double cabin pickups) charge only USD 1.5. Tell me well about the reception hours since if you're going out at night and don't carry your key you run the risk of sleeping in the square, the door to the street is closed at night. If you need to have internet for some work or other important reasons you should carry a satellite phone, although you have WiFi and several hotel routers in the floors, it's hard to work properly, at night it's possible to send electricity through W. App in the area of the bathroom.

A simple hotel but with everything you need.

This hotel/hostel is clean, very convenient for the main street, port.   Staff were helpful.   It was very quiet when we were there.   If you want a  place that's clean, very comfortable beds within a 5 minute walk of activity, harbour/main street this is it.

The hotel is very clean, it is safe, very comfortable facilities. Good wifi service, close to the lagoon and a few steps from the center, good care of staff and breakfast service.

No WiFi.  They say that have it.. but it doesn't work.
They give you a plate of food for breakfast and watered down juice. Most of my group got so sick from eating the breakfast that it ruined the rest of our trip and we were all very sick for a week after.
Staff is unfriendly.
Walls are super thin, you can hear everything that is going on in the building.
Rooms are no frills, super budget, safes dont work.
Some rooms have refrigerators others do not.

Terrible Hotel and food made us very very sick

A small hotel within walking distance of the two main miles of Puero Ayoro and the port, but at the same time quietly located. The trail to Tortuga Bay starts just two trains further. The rooms are Spartan-style furnished. In our room there was a double and a single bed. We had two smaller high-rise windows, with no view. There is a closet containing a box, a safe and a few small bags. The small cabinet did not work (no battery and battery compartment coverage). There is a spare room and a free kitchen.

Short stay before diving

Very comfortable, clean, has a refrigerator in the room, good breakfast, very friendly staff, I enjoy very much, quiet, ideal for a rest after long trips, good attention, it was a very good experience.

Comfortable hotel with spacious rooms, clean and good bathroom, well situated; our house is in front and had a private balcony.

Three nights on a G Adventure tour and very pleased. Be careful of step up into bathroom and need to keep bathroom door closed when running AC. Walking distance to downtown. Yes, the pool is lovely for soaking, not swimming laps. Be aware there is NO elevator. Rooms are spacious and have cable TV with lots of channels (in Spanish -- only one in English), frig and AC. Some of group complained about outside neighbor noise up until 10 PM but our two rooms were quite serene. Always disappointed when posters compare experiences to the country where they live instead of the country they are visiting. Good choice for Galapagos.
