This hotel was lovely. We stayed many nights of our 20-day study abroad trip from Minnesota. Checking in was a little slow with the language difference, but things quickly got sorted out. At least one person on front desk staff knows English. There is always someone working at the front desk. Thank you for the amazing hospitality. Your laundry was timely, your breakfasts were quick and yummy, your rooms were always clean!!!, and your rooms have beautiful views of the city. Also, hot water for a shower 9/10 times. (this is much worse across Quito so this is very good!) Your dining facilities are beautiful and many of your bathrooms had nice remodelings! Thanks for the comfortable stay! ~ A Minnesotan
