I stayed at this hotel on a business trip and the truth is very well located, comfortable and the attention of its truly spectacular owners.

I highly recommend it.

During a round trip, this hotel was our arrival and departure hotel, rooms OK, but with a big suitcase already problematic. Best room (for a short time) Room 4 has a niche, as the suitcase fits, folded in! When leaving curtains, the sun burns in!Unfortunately, the air conditioning is missing!!!! Air conditioning is only in the restaurant and lobby.Personal very welcoming and friendly, Breakfast OK,Restaurant too.Businesses and restaurants right in the vicinity,supermarket about 6 minutes away,Geladautonat in the Swissholet right next to the supermarket!

Be careful, if this hotel shares the same reception as the Anahi (very good hotel), it's not the same at all. The room we had was at the back of the yard, with one day 3 cm under the door. It was colder than outside (about 10°C in the room). Fortunately the second day they lent us a heating radiator and I stuffed the door with bags. The bathroom is tiny (1.5m2 + shower). Otherwise the staff and breakfast are good. Maybe the other rooms in the main building are better. Otherwise to avoid.

Not to be confused with Anahi Boutique Hotel

I stayed here at the beginning, middle and end of my adventure through Quito, the rain forest and the Galápagos Islands. The accommodation was very comfortable and the staff were  friendly and helpful, especially as I was arriving and leaving at very unsociable hours! They loaned me a hairdryer when mine died and opened the bar for me after had closed for a glass of wine or two and provided free water.

Very friendly hotel

During our stay in Ecuador we stayed 3 times in this hotel. The staff is very kind and friendly. Some rooms are larger than others (e.g. No. 15 compared to No. 1) and equipped with two beds, wi-fi connection (on the high floors the reception is not optimal) and shower with shampoo and soap. The neighborhood is quite quiet (except for some stray dogs who occasionally bark) and is ideal as a base for excursions to the region. Continental breakfast is in price and is more than enough with served fruit. With a small supplement you can take advantage of the buffet breakfast that is excellent.

Good hotel a few minutes walk from Foch Square

During Ecuador's three-night round trip, I stayed at this hotel. From the outside and the reception area, it was fine, but the rooms were small. There is no elevator and the stairs to the rooms were very narrow; I couldn't even bring my suitcase up. I had a single room. I had to close the door first to get to the sink properly. There was no storage for cultural bags. Breakfast was great! Staff was nice and helpful. Hotel is okay for passing through, that's all.

I've been to this hotel with friends. Rooms are quite different in comfort and size but all clean and nice. They're not super quiet but I'm really sensitive and I could sleep with Oropax without problems. The beds are comfortable and warm:) Wlan is available in the room moderately but in the lobby without problems. Breakfast was average. The location is very good. 10 minutes walk to a large street with many restaurants and nightlife. Taxis are everywhere. So for a city trip, a good choice.

Clean hotel in good condition

The outside is very nice, the rooms are tiny, not a real closet, the safe is laughable, the bathroom door is tight. The shoes are put by the staff into the wardrobe that is intended for clothing. Breakfast: American. Staff: very nice.

Small, flawed, tight rooms, nice staff.

The place is nice and comfortable and is right near a downtown area and supermarket if you need anything. The drinking water situation can be tricky as there is none to take to your yourself unless you get certain people at the desk who can get you some.

Good location, helpful staff

I was visiting Ecuador to hike the Andes. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. If you're American you have to realize that our standards are different then there's. Walls were thin and it was easy to hear other guests. Overall I thought this place was fine.
