This is my first ever bad review. It started with rude staff nickel and diming us at check-in:  $16 for booking.com fee, $6 for using an international credit card. They didn’t clean up our room after the first night. On our way out to dinner we asked if they’d at least take out the garbage. They did...and left our room door wide open for the whole evening until we returned!  They reluctantly gave us one small packet of shampoo for 2 people for 3 nights. Shower was tepidly warm at best. 

There are plenty of other choices in Salinas!

The mattresses in the room were dirty, the walls of the shower and the bathroom were the same. There were no personal toiletries, only towels. It is a little far from the dock, perhaps you can find something better in front of the sea. The wedding bed was 2 seats, although they offered me 2.1/2. If they were more careful in the cleaning details I would have felt better.

Welcome to the hotel should be more cordial, a receptionist should be more comfortable dealing with customers, that protocol should always be present because from the beginning it determines how a guest enjoys his stay, in few cases the rooms of my companions had very narrow bathrooms, the limited space did not allow to enjoy a very comfortable environment, while for resting the beds were in good condition and clean.

The rooms are small, it's a hotel to stay alone preferably, maybe a maximum of two people as they are beds of a square, which in the worst case they get together to make couples or quadruples. That's unacceptable.The reception staff underestimate people by offering types of rooms that aren't the ones indicated and try to tell you that you're wrong.In the lobby they offer you hot coffee as a courtesy but NO water, that in the heat that does what's most at hand is hot coffee and if you ask about water it seems like they don't know it.

The hotel in the infrastructure is very nice, the rooms are clean, a little small, the bathroom door should be a door without blinds for privacy, the staff to prepare a little more, and in general very nice.

The hotel is in good condition, has some comfortable and clean rooms, air conditioning, and staff are willing to help with anything needed.

I had to use this hotel to escape the painting of my complex' outside walls; I'm an asthmatic. The room was clean, with adequate sunlight. No problems, easy to get to. Inexpensive and comfortable enough for me. I didn't give it four stars because the particular room I was in was too far away from the Wi-fi repeater; that could easily be remedied.
