Great rooms made way for relaxing mornings, where the ocean was the best radio ever. Walks on your private beach before having breakfast made everything worth it. Taxi driver know and respect Casa playa clients. Maybe the best caretakers I have ever seen!!! Thank you (Jose and Vanessa)...

We had a great time at Casa Playa! The beach is beautiful, and very tranquil. It is easy to relax at the beach, just at the end of the property. Montañita is a quick taxi ride away, or 45 minute walk up beach. It's a great place to stay to be close to the action but easy to escape back to peace and quiet. Everyone working there went out of there way to make us comfortable

Absolutely a fantastic experience! Extremely relaxing atmosphere, with a beautiful property, immediate access to the beach all to yourself, fantastic breakfast (including some of the best coffee you'll ever taste) with fantastic service, an absolutely tremendous host Jose, and an awesome dog named Donna! The rooms are modest, but absolutely sufficient, and in my opinion, well worth the money. Also, it's very near Montanita where you'll get access to good food, and all sorts of tourist services. Jose even called a taxi for us whenever we left. I can't say enough how well Jose and his wife treated us, and made our stay one of the highlights of our time in Ecuador. I highly recommend incorporating Hospedaje Casa Playa into your Ecuadorian experience! 

Relax, live the simple life all over again. Breakfast was delicious. Coffee excellent. Jose was very helpful and attentive. If you are looking for a budget vacation like you had when you were a kid at the shore than this is it. Also, just 5 minutes from Montanita.
