The hotel is very clean. Staff is very friendly. I enjoyed my stay there as usual. I felt the appropriation as Hilton diamond member. I also enjoyed the executive lounge and the care of the staff there Howaida and Khaled.

I appreciate that if there was a misunderstanding from the bell man Mahmoud mohamed he was care to apologise and clear the real situation to me so 
Am now caring too , to clear that I was misunderstanding the situation from his action 
And am so appreciate for his courage and his insist  to be care about my satisfaction and clear the situation for that I wanna to rewite my comment to be more honest with the guest that they go to hilton king's ranch really they care about guest satisfaction even if anything wasn't clear enough

Amazing!! World-class hotel and rooms!
Staff with lovely smile and hospitality, since the very warm welcome smile and going through anything you might need! 
Especially want to notify very friendly, professional and helpful working Mahmoud Abdul Khalid in Executive lounge restaurant.

Very classy and very wide room and friendly staff the food was excellent and tasty , meeting rooms very wide and very clean hotel the best spa I ever want to 
The only thing no pharmacy near to the place it is 20 kilometers far and no supermarket too 
But it will be very nice for relaxing. 
No beach only a lot of swimming pools  and closed one for women.

The food was amazing, timely served, that gives a feeling of well experienced kitchen team.
excellent SPA, I really enjoyed my stay and hotel facilities. Hotel is so classy, staff is pro with very nice attitude everything is clean and well organized. Found out that this hotel deserves to be visited again and again for the peace of mind and relaxing vacation.

Wonderful stay

I was here 2 months back and it was fantastic. This time i found the hotel detoriarating significantally and i am not sure if management has changed . Service is the worst. It took me 3 hours to wait for water from housekeeping that never came. Internet was not in the package as before. Breakfast variety and even coffee was disaster. I will never recommend this hotel to stay at even if we have a wedding . It is not worth any penny.
You would rather change current management or at least lift yourselves up.

Teatro Restaurant

I really enjoyed my stay and hotel facilities. Team is very helpful, friendly and cooperative specially Amr el wakil,Sherif Azzam,Ola Ibrahim,Donia Ibrahim,cheif Mahmoud Osaman and Ahmed Sayed in executive lounge. The only thing was horrible and very risky is the access for the hotel from the high way no sign board ,narrow, dark and very low level of the high and this far away from safety measures.
