This hotel is one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. From the 5 star food and facilities to the wonderful professional staff. Rooms are comfortable and luxurious. Pools galore including a Fun waterpark and fair. Beach facilities are great with a beachside restaurant and café a short stroll through the sister hotel across the road, or using the regular shuttle bus. Ahmed Ihab on reception management looked after our every whim. Mohamed, our waiter at the main buffet (outside) was exceptional and we looked forward to seeing him after dinner every day for coffee whilst playing dominoes. Ramadan at the poolside bar is such a friendly and professional guy who makes a wonderful mocktail. The animation team are great and work so hard keeping us entertainined day and night. Special thanks to Julia who had a knack of helping people relax and have fun...we loved playing darts with her every day and enjoyed the way she got everyone together...we miss you Julia and look forward to seeing you again soon ❤️ The best 3 weeks ever !!! A full pool renovation program in the hotel will be carried out during the following periods:

- Kids pool and heated pool: from 7th January until 5th February 2026

- Main pool: from 6th February until 6th March 2026

This renovation includes changing the entire pool deck area and re-grouting inside the pool.

During these dates, the guests will continue to enjoy full access to the following heated facilities:

- Heated kids aqua pool (43 m from the main pool);

- Heated wave pool (168 m from the main pool);

- Heated aquapark (168 m from the main pool);

- Heated mini aqua (168 m from the main pool).

Additionally, guests are welcome to use the heated pool at the sister property — Serenity Alpha Beach Resort. All other resort facilities, restaurants, and entertainment activities will remain fully operational throughout the renovation period.
