This is not a hotel you can call it a toilet the bathroom is not clean,guests are so local and bad bahviour i regret it,the pool is not clean but to be honest the food is ok but not good either,the hotel full of locals and no foreigner guest,also the hotel is far from soho square and city center

The worst hotel ever 

The hotel is very small, half the area is occupied by two swimming pools. One is deep enough to practice diving. All the equipment, as I understand, can be rented at the hotel. The second pool is not so deep, near the bar. The rooms are clean, but not glossy. The plumbing, electrical and other equipment in the room worked fine, and none of the guests complained about it. The staff welcomed them, it was pleasant to interact with them.

A good place without luxury claims.

From 02.06.16 to 13.06.16 we rested with a friend in this hotel.I think it's for the best.The hotel is in the area of Khadab and like all hotels in this area the beach is far from the hotel.But there is a beach transfer.At the time we arrived the hotel was empty apart from us 2 people from the area and 1 man from Ukraine.We were at the peak of a change of ownership,e.g. we also had almost all the employees fired and came new ones.I think it's for the best.The hotel started to bring in order.We started watering the flowers and the trees that were almost dried up,cleaning the pools,cleaning everything.Because we were only 5 people resting in the bathroom right after the bathroom was cleaned up or everything was turned on.We were always bringing them out for lunch and drinks at the bathroom.We were always having lunch at the basement, but there were 3 rooms with a big TV and 2 rooms, but we didn't want to eat the same kind of food.We still had to eat the same kind of food in the bathroom.

Bad place, dirty to uncomfortable... dirty glasses and posters, uninviting food... the first time I found such unprofessional staff... not to say rude... no shuttle back from the beach, among other things, really bad... bad experience... sorry but I really must say bad!

If you looking for long stay with low budget it's  best place
If you looking to get course of diving it's it best place 
If u has a lot of activity out hotel and need a place to sleep it's your best chooes,breakfast is good but dinner is less than average don't forget to take your own mineral water bottel  when you goning to restaurant  

Small hotel but nice

What a rubbish, dirty, disgusting hotel. From the moment we arrived it was clear it was a shambles. I booked months in advance for a double room and when we arrived we had an awful, old and disgusting triple room. When I asked for a double bed they said I could have that room the next day as people were leaving. Next day came and went and still no room. It wasn't until he day after that we got a half decent room, still no double bed so we had to turn the two singles into a double ourselves.
The breakfast room was disgusting, as was the breakfast. The whole hotel was filthy and the management didn't care!! The large pool at the back was used for swimming lessons by the locals, so we couldn't use the pool most afternoons.
We were hounded every day by the men who worked in the spa- it was a complete joke. A couple of the staff, Sam and Rooney were good but other than that if you weren't Egyptian they didn't care- awful hotel!!

Do not stay here!!!

We stayed at  the ocean club hotel sharm el sheikh in September 2015 we made a complaint to teletext holidays whilst there we were there we were  moved to another hotel at our cost of a further £600  the food was disgusting the accommodation was disgraceful and the pool area was dirty and in disrepair  we took lots of photographs and forwarded them to teletext 
We have now received a letter stating that they are not a tour operator and am not willing to refund our money and that the photos were taken of a room that was out of order how did we get in this room what a load of rubbish I will never use teletext holidays again it is disgusting that they can send you to a hotel which is not up to standard and deny that it is so.

the hotel is old and very basic as for the rooms they are tired at best, i have stayed here many times in the past but would not stay here again, saying that the staff can not do enough to help you and are working to the best they can with what they have got. the owners need to spend money on this hotel.

The hotel in question is absolutely fatiguing and (with a few exceptions), the staff is inadequate. I arrived at 0.30 and my room was not ready... I was presented with 4/5 dirty rooms and with the broken beds, perhaps used by the staff, I accepted the least of the worst to spend the night, after complaints, phone calls in the middle of the night with the manager and more.

She's better off.

Congratulations to the staff very available for every need. fabulous location to come back soon old but well-kept rooms very nice swimming pool very security very ok excursions very nice people from the place very cordial in the overall quality price I think is the best
