Fantastic Location and Wonderful Staff The hotel is right on Naama Bay, which is perfect for shopping, with loads of shops and restaurants along the strip. The hotel is split between the beach side and the road side, so you do have to cross the road to access some of the other pools. ( Their is a man than crosses you safety) pool by the beach is lovely, but once all the children arrive, we tend to move over to the lazy pool on the other side, which is much quieter. All the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. If you do encounter any issues, the customer relations lady is fantastic. We had a small issue with a woman and her children who had actually brought a cat with them into the swimming pool! Customer relations dealt with it immediately, so rest assured that if you have any problems at all, they will deal with them quickly and professionally. The food is okay. Unfortunately, I have quite a few allergies, so I have to stick to very plain food. However, there is plenty available, and the staff are happy to make pizza and pasta dishes exactly how you want them, which I really appreciated. The pool bar staff are absolutely fantastic. Ibrahim is so attentive, friendly and lovely, and his English is really good. The female bar staff member is also fantastic, although unfortunately I didn’t catch her name. We are still here and, as far as we can tell, we are the only English guests. There are mainly Russian, Italian and Asian guests, but we have been treated extremely well by everyone and the staff are always respectful and welcoming. The beach is clean and very well maintained, and the snorkelling is fantastic — literally just a few steps from the hotel. We booked our tours with Travico, who we found to be very trustworthy and who really looked after us throughout. Overall, management should be extremely proud of their staff. They work incredibly hard and really do their best to make sure guests have a great holiday. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
