I took my to the Aurora for 5 nights to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary and I'm not going to lie the hotel was faultless. The hotel is very clean and spacious, our room was huge and our room cleaner Mohamed did an amazing job. The pools and outside areas are brilliant as is the beach, Sammy and the other pool guys were so kind and friendly they deserve praise. We booked a speed boat and snorkelling trip with Jamal, who comes around the pool, and he was fantastic. He came to see us every day even after the trip and was always happy and chatty. Machmoud who took us out on the boat was also great, my wife doesn't swim and he managed to get her into the water with a life jacket and she was able to do 3 snorkeling stops. Brilliant trip. We also booked a massage in the hotel spa which was amazing and well worth the £20. For anyone on here that complains about the hotel food you are crazy, the choice and variety is second to none and you really could not fault it. One of the best selections I've seen in Egypt and we have been 8 times. Overall the hotel was fantastic, all the staff are brilliant and we will come back again for sure. Many thanks
