The hotel was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful! Lots of entertaining areas and activities to be done around the hotel and food was great!  Would definitely go again!!! Highly recommended

Great location and amazing hospitality!

Overall it was a great experience. The location is perfect, the view is crazy! The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff are very friendly. The place would be perfect for families and big groups.

Thanks for a great new years Dessole. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and finally there were lots of places to relax and kickback.

If you are looking to make some noise.... No one will hear you if you are by the sea.

Also the hotel is close to Castle Zaman and Newuibaa town.

The staff are very friendly, helpful and very professional. The scenery is amazing and the pier-like seating in the sea was incredible!

The pool looked great but unfortunately it was a bit too cold to enjoy it (we were there for new year's), so my wife and I will definitely be back in a month or two when it's warmer to get the full experience.

Also, forgot to mention that the hotel arranged all the tours and nearby activities for us (diving, hiking, rock-climbing). Was a perfect one-stop-shop for our Sinai adventures!

Beautiful views and friendly staff!

Excellent service and extremely helpful and kind staff. Spacious and clean rooms ... general ya great location right in front of the beach and a lovely view of the mountains. Perfect for people who want a quiet getaway and some privacy while having access to hotel amenities. The entire place is spacious but my favorite spot definitely the beach deck

Good value for money

The service was great. The rooms, as well as the hotel is terrible maintained. Food is bad and the spa was so dirty we gave up. Evening shows were nice, kids loved it. 
Try not to loose any card u get at the check in, they charged 100$ for loosing it the people checked out before us... 
just 2 minutes drive there are many places to stay. It may not be an ‘all inclusive hotel’ but much better experience ( little head, meditation camp, castle beach  are very much recommended).

It is a very nice Hotel, more than my expectation.
me and my family are very happy Staff , food, Animation, night show.
I was looking for a place far away from the stress and life noise this is the my place for ever all my vacations I will be in this palce if I am sorry for something is I did not discover this place eary on my life .

The Hotel what I was looking

Only the view is nice & charming, it's better to go in winter. And the animation is good also. 

The food is ridiculous & not fresh (some seems old & repeated every day). You will wait for the grill turn more than half an hour while the hotel is not crowded!

Most of the staff are harassing verbally & molesting by their eyes which is very rude and annoying.

The reception bathroom smells disgusting.

The beach is nice but stoney. The service is moderate. 

Bad hotel, I went to three stars hotel was more than prefect comparing this one..

The view of this hotel is great, it is a very wonderful place for relaxation and comfort, the fun in this hotel and I think it is different from all the hotels that I have visited before because you enjoy the sense of comfort and privacy in everything night and day eating very wonderful, especially the desserts Chef Abdel Qader and Chef El Sayed, thank you  A pleasant vacation with you management is characterized by calm and thank you Mr. Faisal and Monem you are very respected managers and characterized by flexible customer service upscale, team animation, DJ Ahmed your party every wonderful day, skirt sun and the moon Julia, and Cobra king of fire, really wonderful animation team, thank you Rajab Kteer

This hotel is better than I really expected so wonderful

The worst experience I have ever had in my life.

Advantages:
- Spacious and clean rooms but a little bit outdated.
- big & clean pool.
- Beautiful Colorful fish in the sea.

Disadvantages:
- Hotel is really empty (only few Egyptian families & 2 Ukrainians Mom & daughter). It's like you are in the desert (good for honeymooners) which tells that there are no marketing at all.

- The worst animation team I have ever saw in my life. (only 2 Egyptians girls that doesn't speak any languages but Arabic. They doesn't make any activities in the morning).
I told them that I want to play Water Polo or Aqua gym like in many other hotels in Hurghada and Sharm El Sheikh but they did nothing. They haven't even a ball for playing.
And when I asked them that I want to play Water Polo, I was told that they gonna purchase a new ball. They did after 2 days.
They know nothing about being animation team. Only a boring show at knight and only in Arabic ignoring the Ukrainians that were there.

- The life guards at the pool and at the sea were very rude and they took my stuff that were in a bungalow to another place for other guest without asking me.
Mrs. Olga the guest relation was very sad when I told her my complains and she was trying her best to apologize but without any power to make it up to me.
This hotel was a paradise before 2013 (before the Russian plane crash) because the majority of the guests was Russians. But after this year it is a nightmare.

- The bathrooms in the lobby are disgusting.

As a conclusion, don't ever go again to this place specially they don't respect guests and it is very annoying and very disappointing.
