It’s one of the cheapest hotels in Tartu and not too far away from citycenter. The room was rather old-ish and had only essentials. Furniture was old, a hole in the wall and no shampoo in the bathroom. There’s no electronic door locks, but they have key boxes in the corridor. Breakfast was fine, but again - onlu the essentials with bad coffee.

Kinda old hotell

First the good points:
staff are friendly and room is a reasonable size. The shower has good water pressure.

Now the less good stuff:
- there is no lift - if your room is on the second floor you'll have to carry it yourself
- curtains and walls are paper thin. The first don't block out the light of day, and the second don't block out the noise of the people in the next room peeing or arguing
- the bed is uncomfortable, with sheets that don't cover the mattress and let you see the dirty stains on it
- breakfast: only one machine for everyone's tea and coffee and it's only in Estonian (so massive queue while non-Estonians try to understand what's written) and no black tea. Hot water and coffee are the same machine which doesn't help with the queue.

Also note that this hotel is outside the  town centre (so you will need your own transport) and that there is no English-language channel on the TV.

Room for improvement 

Good points:
Plenty free parking there are 2 carparks front and rear.
rooms where clean.
receptionist helpful spoke English.
some rooms (upstairs only) have air conditioning this is an aditional 6 euros

Bad points:
No one on the reception when we arrived we had to walk in to the kitchen to find her.
We got to our room to find there was no air conditioning I had seen that they had air conditioning units outside so we asked if we could move to a room with air conditioning it was about 30* celsius. 
The receptionist said yes we can move to a room with air conditioning but it would be on the 1st floor, we had asked for a ground floor room as we are both disabled. she also explained that the A/C remote would cost 6 euros i asked is this a deposit ie do we get it back when we hand the remote back she said no. i think this is cheeky by all means charge a deposit but if im buying it i should be able to keep it right?
We agreed to move to the 1st floor for the room with air conditioning.
there is no lift in the hotel and even the ground floor has several steps to it so completley unsuitable for wheelchair users.
breakfast sparse not much choice, no toast, no juice, ran out of coffee.
They did not get me gluten free bread in as i requested?
despite it being 30 degrees celsius outside the heating was on in the hotel all the thermostatic radiator valves outside our room where on so i turned them off. Rather stupid in June.

Nice hotel but rather cheeky to charge 6 euros extra for air conditioning.

This hotel is in windy fields about 20 min walking from city. Two floors. At summer rooms with view to parking area are a little bit hot. Breakfast good but go early so You get enough to eat. Hotel staff very friendly.

Walking distance from city

Raadimõisa hotel looked promising. Check-in was fast, and receptionist was very kind. First bad surprise waited in rooms - Those were like Sauna. Estonia is not know for being too hot contry, and early may is still cool period. However, as it was sunny day, the room was nearly 30 degrees. There was AC in room, but it didnt work. When I asked from reception, they told that it will be working only from June. What a shame...
Room was ok but bathroom was very dark. By adding couple of bright bulbs would do wonders....
Breakfast was simple, and nothing special. Probably a bit of fruits and bread could lift the level to good.
Internet is painfully slow here. My room average net speed was 200 Kbps, which is really slow.
So all in all, unfortnately this hotel gets only two out of five....
A bit more attention from management could make this much better place

Could be much better...

Stayed here as we were visiting the National Museum. It is a very good 3 star hotel, with the basic amenities. Our room did not have AC and an older TV, but was clean, bed was very comfortable, and bathroom was clean. Shower had good pressure and hot water.
I did ask for a second pillow and no problems getting one.
Brekfast was a typical Estonian serving of cold cuts, fried and boiled eggs, bacon, cold cuts, and the excellent black bread. Cereal was also available.
