Great apartments (fully equipped kitchen, spacious living and bed rooms, nice terrace overlooking the lake).

Its location is very close to the city center (around 200 meters from nice local restaurants, taverns, supermarkets, coffee bars) and provides excellent facilities, which will definitely enable you to have a quiet stay throughout the year! 

Greece-Macedonian border is just 1,5 km away! 

What is extremely important is the extreme positive hospitality of the hosts, who were at our disposal 24 hours a day!

The location is very close to the city center and to its excellent facilities and you can make a quiet stay especially in the warmer seasons! You are a short distance from Greece! Hosts have great behavior!

If you want to feel good and want to get rid of everyday routine and you want fish go to Zora!

I hope the owner to be more carefull for his client..unfortunately even if we contact the owner for the cleaning issue..he didn't even respond.
All the rest was ok. The balcony was nice.The room was large with interesting window.Kitchen to prepare coffe and fridge is available.


Great location, beautiful room, poor hospitality, zero cleaning..

I had reserved two apartments, but the owner called me to block them from booking, but when I arrived, there was no reservation and the owner was unavailable on the phone.

Villa zora

I have made a reservation for Villa Zora through Booking.com. One month before my arrival, the owner notified me that the price for my confirmed reservation would be almost double. As I tried to explain to him that he cannot change a valid reservation, he said to me that I could cancel a valid reservation if I do not agree with the price, which had nearly doubled. He threatened me that he would not let me in if I did not pay the higher price. Some days before the arrival he notified me that he had canceled my reservation and that the confirmation from Booking.com is no more valid as far as he is concerned. Lucky me, as I have found a different accomodation for my group in last minutes …
And as I am not the only person with really bad experience with this owner, be careful when you reserve these apartments.

BE CAREFUL!!!

Book trough booking.com.Sent the mail before the arrival and they told me to call upon arrival although they don't have a permanent reception.On arrival I called the owner but he didn't show up,he sent some friend who told me that they have some pipe problems and took us to some up the hill to some dark neighborhood in some half finished house where we refused to stay although we were with 2 small kids and when was sick.I called again the owner again but he didn't answer my calls anymore.He even reported no show and wanted to charge my card.Conslusion-the owner is a cheater and avoid this scum accomodation at all costs!
